Good to know some things don't change!!One of the plates on my straightener cracked after almost 10 years. I had gotten it at a kiosk at the mall so I didn't expect to find another one just like it. I was wrong!Almost 10 years later and this product is absolutely identical! I don't think there are a lot of things that can be said about.This company didn't go cheap with their product!

This is a great brand. I have had one prior and I really like it. Heats well and worth the money. I like that it heats up quickly and does the job it was made for quickly.

I’ve used this brand for years and have zero complaints. I had my last one for about 10 years before I had to retire it, and it works great on my thick, wavy hair. It also came in a nice box and I was super happy with my purchase

Love this straightener and it’s second time I bought since first one lasted for years and I like this one too except the light to show it’s on doesn’t work but it’s fine for the quality of it
