I really like this product. Withing 3 days (using 1 scoop a day) I've noticed my hands are not as dry and my joints don't feel as sore. Mixes well and tastes descent.

The product is easy to mix with water and tastes pretty good. I wish the flavor was a bit stronger. Either more of a strawberry or lemonade flavor, but not the current taste. However it works well from my experience and that is more important to me than taste.
