This flour made an excellent sourdough loaf with great texture and delicious flavour. The flour has a short shelf life, so you’ll want to use it quickly. And it’s a bit too expensive.

Been buying this brand for years, top quality and makes lovely fluffy loaves and rolls. Add a 3rd of a teaspoon of baking vitamin C, also by doves farm and you have lovely texture and flavour. You wont be disappointed if you try out a bag.
