I've not yet tried these on a walk yet but they've just been delivered and appear to be amazing for the price! The clip seems very secure and the light VERY bright. Brought these for running with my dog so I'll update this review once tested out but looking good so far! UPDATE: We used these this morning in the dark and they're great. They're not bright enough on their own to run with but certainly okay for walking with if your dog is on a lead. I'd take a torch with you anyway. It was only whilst walking that I realised what the small elasticated velcro bands are for - they're for fastening the lights to stuff (I found the clips on their own might rub a dog's neck). One tiny criticism. The instructions are in a font so small it's almost impossible to read them - but it's not exactly rocket science to turn them on or change the battery. I'm still very happy with these based on the cost and will probably buy another set for when these eventually give up.

Really bright little lights. Easy to clip on. Waterproof. Use for dog walks in the dark and can see them when they dash off into the bushes. Great little lights.

I bought this for walking the dog. It is really bright and seems well made. Full marks so far, but.... it keeps falling off. I've tried fixing it to her collar and also to her harness, with or without the elastic velcro provided but it still is not secure. Maybe a spring closure or even a fixed slot to pass the velcro through would be better?

Bought this product as have been unable to find a suitable light to attach to my dog’s K9 harness that didn’t cost the earth. So glad we did! They’re much brighter than I expected too. The lights each clip down over the harness velcro side straps and stayed put whilst my wally dog merrily chases things around at night time and now I can see him so easily it’s brilliant even when he’s pretty far. The only thing is the fast flash looks a bit like the emergency services so hoping the neighbours don’t think the police are turning up outside at night! Hopefully someone else will find this useful as I just couldn’t find what I wanted before

I just took my dog out in the dark for the first time using this. Superb light quality of any dog light I've ever used. I clipped the other to me so she could see me also if she got lost. 20 minutes into the walk I noticed the light had gone out. I thought it had come off. It hadn't, it was still on her, but as she loves to roll on the ground (especially as it had been snowing) she had managed to turn it off! It should have a dog friendly mode on it to prevent it from being turned off by one click. The thing itself goes through 3 clicks of different options 1.) Constantly on 2.) Flashes fast 3.) flashes slowly. So the only way to almost prevent this is to have it on option 1. However, if she ever did go missing and was rolling around quite a bit she'd probably turn off the thing by cycling through all the options herself. But I would be hopeful that if someone saw a crazy rolling dog with a strange blue light passing them they might bother to phone the number on her collar, or the police as they might think she is some sort of supernatural event rolling past them. But in all seriousness, a safety option to stop turning it off would be good - such as 5 quick succession clicks will only power it off.

Went for my 1st walk with Dog down my local woods it’s a bit dark and with a young springer spaniel I was worried we would lose contact we’ll set the lights up one on her collar and one on my hat dog was running around the field as normal and the light was very visible both on me and her she knew where I was and me knowing where she was so much so she was having a ball running around with me calling her she knew where to run back too great well worth the money very bright and I used the fast flasher so easy to see in the dark and at one point I lost contact with her but could see the light from a good distance 👍

Great little lights, we have them on our dogs harness, they are very bright, we did have to put new batteries in after not many uses but this is usual with free batteries, the new batteries are lasting very well even with the constant use. We get many comments from people who say they can see the dog coming from a long way off. I was so pleased with them I have bought some for myself to replace reachable arm bands I got at the same time as these which are not very bright at all.

The positives of this light are that it is easy to work, has 3 settings and is nice and bright. I have used it for cycling and also to clip to my dogs harness as it is getting darker. The not so good is when the batteries need changing… all 4 minute screws need to be removed with the tiny supplied screwdriver and then the two lithium batteries replaced and then the 4 screws reapplied. No instructions re which way around the batteries need to go and I cannot get my light to work again no matter how I put them in! A great light but they desperately need to sort out the battery change situation.
