Not much iPhone experience here, having previously only one knock-off Otter box style case (3-piece) for my iPhone 6. I expected this one to be floppy silicone (solid) that could easily be removed and replaced. Turns out it is silicone coated over a rigid plastic shell. Very good quality construction. Very easy to pop the phone in, but challenging to pop it back out (afraid of breaking something with all the bending and twisting). I suppose that is a good situation, so the phone is well gripped in the case. Outer surface is not as grippy as pure silicone, but far better than the glass smooth phone case. As others point out, it can attract dust and crumbs in your pocket, but I find it easy to brush off by hand - not so sticky that a wet wipe is required. I am very pleased at this price point.

This is a superb case. Absolutely great in the design being thin, solid, durable, easy to take off and put back on, and the button covers (and lock and camera uncovered) are brilliant decisions. After the last case I got fell apart in a few days (it was a rigid, plastic one) this has performed an outstanding job and looks brand new even after a few weeks of use. BUT, and this is such a specific but, it is a real, massive pain to put the phone while in this case in and out of your pocket. The material that this case is made of just LOVES to grip the insides of pockets and make it 1) difficult to push it in a pocket and pull it out, and 2) pulls your pocket out so you have to tuck it in. So, heads up on that, just worth knowing, doesn’t change the fact that the phone will be protected from drops and bumps, looks good in it, and you may actually drop it less since it is not slippery in your hand. I brought this iPhone X case to protect my already cracked iPhone X. ( which I did not do. I brought it on eBay used as it was way cheaper then buying a new phone. My existing iPhone 6s Plus had a super weak battery and I really wanted to have a iPhone with no home button. The problem with it was the back was cracked beyond belief! I needed a case right away!) Anyway that is the backstory. But anyway this case is really great. It feels really great in my hand. Now my iPhone looks really nice. (The screen had a white line of dead pixels and a black spot.) I’ve had this phone for over 2 years. It’s not as durable as other cases but it looks really cool. I would recommend this even of your iPhone is not smashed beyond belief. It looks really nice.! I like it because it doesn’t have any ugly logos on it.

I like the feel of the case and that it dosent show fingerprints. I only gave it 3 stars because the bottom of the case is very flimsy. The top and sides are fine and give good coverage around the phone but the bottom seems thin and moves down if I pick up my phone from the bottom

This was one of my favorite phone cases! Super simple which I liked, and it held up for a super long time. I think I used it up until I had to get a new phone!
