Works perfectly in my small office space !

They were what I was looking for in added seating when there's more people in our smallish living room. They are not the kind of chairs you'd want to spend a lot of time in as they're short and not real comfortable, but they look nice as extra seating in a smaller space. Great price and I'd recommend.

Estaba buscando algo que fuera funcional pero que también aportara estilo, y estas cumplieron con creces. Lo que destaca: Diseño y Estética: Tienen un acabado muy cuidado. El color es exacto al de las fotos y se ven de una gama superior. Combinan perfecto con el resto de mis muebles. Comodidad y Firmeza: A pesar de ser banquetas, el asiento es bastante cómodo y acolchado. Lo más importante para mí es que son muy estables; no tambalean para nada cuando te sientas, lo cual me da mucha seguridad. Montaje: El proceso de armado fue súper rápido y sencillo. Las instrucciones eran claras y todas las piezas encajaron a la perfección sin necesidad de herramientas extra. Versatilidad: Son ligeras para mover si necesito asientos extra cuando tengo visitas, pero lo suficientemente robustas para el uso diario. Conclusión: Si buscas renovar el aspecto de tu sala sin gastar una fortuna, este set de dos banquetas es una opción excelente. Tienen las 3 'B': Buenas, Bonitas y Baratas. ¡Las volvería a comprar sin dudarlo!"

I received the product in a timely manner. The product was easy to assemble. Upon assembling the product, we found it VERY uncomfortable. This chair was for my elderly father's room. The seat cushion was extremely firm. The back of the chair was quite low (uncomfortable). I asked for a return label to return it within 2 days. I only opened 1 chair. Amazon gave me return authorization right away (thank you Amazon). However, the seller immediately asked for pictures (which I sent). They then tried to convince me to keep the chairs (or resell them) and accept a $50 credit. If the chairs are not comfortable to me, why would I sell them to anyone else? I explained that was not satisfactory, I'd like to return the chairs and get a full refund. After much back and forth communications, the seller said that according to Amazon's return policy, "if there is nothing wrong with the product, the buyer can be asked to pay shipping to return the product. They said they would deduct about $49 for the return." While I didn't agree, I did not mind paying $49 for shipping. The seller then said only return the unopened chair. They eventually sent a shipping label for return. I took the unopened chair to UPS (as requested). The cost to return one chair was $156 (not $49, as suggested). I then took the chair to US Post Office, their charge to return the one chair was $180. That's almost the cost of the product. I asked the seller for a postage paid return shipping label. I will not pay $156-180 to return a chair. Although the communications with the seller were not unkind, the overall process is quite painful and time/labor-intensive. As of this review, I am waiting to get the postage paid return label from the seller. I have also received my refund from Amazon. Even so, I'd like to return the chair, but not for $156-$180.

I got a set of 2 chairs in white. The chairs are fine for the price. They are exactly what they look like and nothing more. Don't expect a chair you can lounge in or sit in comfortably at a get-together. These chairs are stylish and a place to sit to put on your shoes or sit for a short chat. The seat is very firm but may loosen up over time. The back is low, so no back support to speak of. But for the price, these chairs are just what I was looking for. They are more or less a couple of accent pieces in my new office space, and they are perfect for that. Now, let me tell you about the shipping/customer service... I received these chairs separately on consecutive days. When I received the second one, there was a large hole in the box. Thankfully, the chair was not damaged, but 2 of the legs had fallen out of the box. I immediately contacted customer service, and they responded within 24 hours. They were quick to seem helpful and said "replacement legs are on the way". a few days later, the legs arrived, and they did not match. They were round instead of square. No big deal - customer service was so helpful before, we'll just reach out to them again. This time it was 8 days of going back and forth, providing photos of the different legs, photos of the box they came in, and asking for updates before they even said they would send new legs. And then it took another week to get them. So to recap, the chairs are what you expect for the price. The shipping is quite high due to their size, but you will get the chairs very quickly. The customer service is friendly but hit or miss on their speed to fix an issue. It was a month from the time I received my chairs until I had complete chairs. Not the sellers fault mind you, but I sure wish it wasn't such an ordeal to get it taken care of... especially considering the $89 shipping charge.

The chairs are really nice. I am using them as reception chairs. The only thing that I would mention is they are compact so not ideal for over weight persons

Just right for my space. Soft fabric and easy to put the legs on. Every time I look at them I am happy with my purchase.
