STICKY!!!!
Seriously sticky. I had wanted something that would hold down my much prettier (and more expensive) patch and this did amazing. It didn't budge at all.... which was both a good thing and bad. It was HARD to get off. Very very sticky and pulled on my skin pretty hard in order to get it off. There was a small amount of gray fuzziness that was around the edge of it by the end of the 10 days, but nothing more or less than I would have expected from anything else. I will say, it is NOT waterproof. Water does get in between the device and the edge of the plastic, so when you shower or swim the water will get under it and make the fabric part of the device wet. It takes a while to dry, but it does eventually dry. Update…. These are SERIOUSLY LONG LASTING. I went on a vacation recently and had to do a sensor restart rather than doing a new sensor so the tape had to last 20 days instead of 10. I did prep my skin with skin tac (which is my norm) and it held on for the 20 days and probably could have even gone longer. The edges did get pretty gross but it was just short fuzz and I’m sure some sweat and skin cells, but it kept the dexcom on for 20 days minimum which was amazing (video is at day 15 with 12 of those days being in and out of the pool, at Disney/universal, and all over cali in 100+ temps).

No more condescending Dexcom calls when my sensor comes off early!!!
I wanted to test the endurance of this adhesive patch so I did not swab the area of insertion with alcohol and I took baths with oils and everything. The patch didn't even curl, there was no peeling or anything. I am so excited to NOT have to call Dexcom about my sensor coming off early. It adhered throughout the session. It is super thin and flexible. The only problems; the weird way to put it on and the slightly weird and painful way to take it off (less than medical tape, more than sim patches). It wasn't too bad taking it off. I had to go slower than normal because it is do thin it is hard to get a grip unless you peel an edge off (like you are a jar and it is a nutritional fact). Overall I love it. I'm sticking with this brand. A note: if it is too painful, curling the edge slightly and spraying the area between the removed part and your skin with something like Eaze Off (a adhesive bandage and tape remover or anti-adhesive) and slowly peeling in between spraying does help remove the adhesive patch with less pain.

Adhesive is very aggressive and works great. But hard to remove residue.
Good product. very thin and barely notice wearing it. A little difficult to get use to apply it correctly but once you figure out the tricks it is good. After 10 days the adhesive creeps from oder the patch and attracts any debris like clothing lint. And I have tried Isopropyl alcohol , nail polish remover , Acetone. The only thing that removes it is CRC break cloner! The washing the area well with soap and water and apply a good quality skin lotion.

Best dexcom patch out there!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to after using these for 3 times. I have been T1d for 27 years and moved to dexcom about 2 years ago. I love the product but had issues with it falling off my body. I tried skim tac and the and the patch from dexcom and patches from a few other leading brands.. eventually all started peeling on day 4 or 5. The reviews here are misleading. It was extremely easy to apply (yes by myself with no help) , extremely easy to remove (although other reviews made me a bit nervous about this) and stayed on for the WHOLE life of the sensor without moving an inch. Probably would have stayed longer if I didn’t remove it! I swim every day and this has been life changing for me! Highly recommend!

These are now my "goto" G6 covers
I wear the G6 transmitter just above my waist. That is a vulnerable spot when sleeping and when I wear most pants. Without these "over patches" the G6 would sometimes loosen and not remain attached to my abdomin. I have tried several other patches - some were too small or didn't have a good stick compound. These work great so I put them on a scheduled delivery from Amazon whic means I always get the right kind and in time.

Needs Improvement's
Shipping & Packaging: The item arrived quickly and the package itself was in good condition, which is always a positive. However, the presentation and packaging left much to be desired. The product's presentation was lackluster, and the packaging didn't create a positive initial impression. Additionally, upon opening, I discovered that one of the items was damaged and unable to separate the patch from the information card and dropping the 25 count down by one right off the bat from the count; and the information card being tangled in the sticker used to secure the patch, created a frustrating start. Product Quality: While the product itself is usable, there are a few design issues that impact its overall effectiveness. The sticker, intended to help the adhesive stick to the skin, features a clear skin cover around the sensor, but doesn’t offer any protection over the sensor area instead of leaving it open to rely solely on the adhesive. This design choice affects confidence in the product’s functionality. Despite these concerns, I will continue to use the product until it’s finished. Overall Experience: The swift shipping and intact package were notable positives. However, the issues with card in the packaging and damaging one of the patches, needs some improvement for future growth of the packaging, and suboptimal design diminish the overall satisfaction. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the user experience

Comfortable and lasts the full 10 days
When I originally purchased these last Oct I wasn't too impressed. These clear patches seemed so thin compared to the tan fabric ones I was a bit disappointed, but I only needed it to last a few days & it did the job. This last sensor change I put it on a spot with looser skin & I was worried the sensor would come off, so I put one of these on. It was amazing! Held the full 10 days. The thin, flexible material was incredibly comfortable and made my sensor feel secure. Came off cleanly too with very little adhesive residue. I'll be heading to a water park with my son soon and I know these will keep my sensor on strong.

Couldn't be happier with these overpatches. Definitely no more sensors starting to peel off before the 10 days are up. I've never had any adhesion problems, at all. If anything they adhere a little too well. I'm a slightly hairy guy, and find that it's actually best to shave under where the patch is going. Otherwise, be warned, you are getting a waxing where the overpatch is. The feeling of them is like they are not there. It's a very thin and flexible fabric. Looks: it looks like an overpatch! Sort of like the waterproof bandaid look, just thinner and more flexible. It doesn't totally disappear, but sensors are visible anyways, so it really doesn't bother me. Application tips: You peel off the paper side first. Remove the middle section only, apply the patch and best you can push it around the sensor. Then remove the backing from each of the ends. This will make applying much easier. Removal: Get a corner up, and then rip hard. Much better done fast. It's not that bad, even when you are getting a free waxing. :-)
