The Enormous Potato

My grandchildren and I LOVE this book!!! We have had lots of fun reading and talking about it. When the 4-year old gets to pick his favorite naptime book it is almost always this one.

I used this in my classroom to discuss theme. I teach 5th grade and they loved this story. The pictures are cute.

Great little paperback version of my 4 year olds favorite silly bedtime story.

My class loved it. We made potatoes after reading and the kids had a great experience connecting to the book!

We love to read this book to our 3 year old, it was a favorite from the library that we enjoyed enough to add to our collection! Great story!

I had a great time using this book in the classroom last year with Kindergarteners and 1st graders. We created a whole storybook curriculum around it and other related stories (The Enormous Turnip and The Giant Carrot). The kids instantly picked up on the repetition and loved to act out pulling the potato out of the ground as we read the story. Great book that the kids wanted to read again and again!

This was a cute book i ordered for my girlfriend as we have the nick name "Potato" for each other. The book itself is really cute and would be great i would assume for any classroom or small child. Happy with my purchase
