I loved this non-stick pan. The surface really prevents food from sticking, even without using a lot of oil. It is very easy to clean, with just passing a sponge it is like new. The material feels resistant and of good quality, distributes heat well and cooks food evenly.

Nice pan and cooks well, but it is quite thin compared to any griddle pans I've had in the past as well as it being smaller.

Blue Diamond vs T-fal. I bought a blue Diamond pan first because it was cheaper, then I bought a T-Fal. The blue Diamond is thicker aluminum, larger, and looks more durable. But the finish isn’t nonstick. Food slides right off the T-Fal, but adheres to the Blue Diamond, even with an immaculately clean, oiled pan. See the attached photo after cooking an egg on each, the Blue Diamond is on the left. I used PAM spray on the Blue Diamond which left a sticky black stain, which I could remove without scratching the finish. Apparently that coating reacts with the lecithin in cooking oil sprays. Avoid spray oils on ceramic cookware!

Brought it to replace my 2 year old t-fal griddle. I used this to make dosas and worked perfectly well. I was able to make crisp dosas easily. The weight is perfect and easy to wash or move around. The cost seam bit high for 2 years durability.

Good heat transfer, non stick is still great. Over a year old so far

Not enough mass it doesn’t cook well it’s too thin. Don’t waste your money.

Bought this mainly for making pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. I can make 4-4” pancakes and easily flip them over…with NO sticking! Grilled cheese sandwiches also do not stick and are easy to flip due to the almost non existent pan sides. I do make eggs over easy and it is so much easier to flip them than in a regular fry pan. Over all, it’s a great pan and clean up is easy with a bit of soap on your sponge and water. Love this pan!
