Good product. Tells me when my burner is working most efficiently and therefore saves me money on fuel to burn. The green area is clearly visible and easily readable. Reasonable price too

The magnet is not the strongest so it does slip down the flue pipe at first until it finds some friction. Once it's there, it stays and doesn't randomly slip again in my experience. It's easy to read and the temperature is within 10c of an infrared laser thermometer reading taken at the same height on the flue pipe so seems to be accurate. Although if that's actually the flue gas temperature or the outer wall temperature (flues are double walled for insulation as far as I know) is hard to say. I think if you really want to know the flue gas temp, you'll need a probe type thermometer. If it's just to know that your stove is hot enough, then this is sufficient as I think it's reasonable to assume gas temperature will be higher than what this shows. So once you're at the edge of the green, it's good enough.

Does what it says on the container

Great product, we also have another thermometer and they both read the same so temperature measurement seems accurate. Magnet works well to fix it to the flue pipe. Nice size and seems durable/well built. Easy to use and read. Great product!

De momento funciona correctamente y marca bien la temperatura. Sirve bien para ir controlando la estufa. Viene con una pequeña asa para cogerlo y poder moverlo aunque esté caliente.

Tut genau was was soll. Braucht ein klitzekleines Bisschen Gewöhnung auf die Grad-Zahl, nicht auf die Fahrenheit-Zahl zu gucken, aber insgesamt tolles Ding, absolute Empfehlung.
