I was in so much pain and it burned down there after having a baby. One of my friends recommended adding one of these in my adult diaper and I was worried it would be too cold but oh my god this was the best suggestion ever. It lasts for a couple hours and relived my pain/burning feeling down there. It was a perfect size and the directions on how to use was on the package. It also sticks and doesn’t move when you place it. Definitely worth the money and I recommend to anyone who just had a baby. It helps relief pain, easy to use, and lasts a good while.

These were a game changer after having a baby! They give you some at the hospital, but if you’ve had tears you tend to need more than what they provide for you to take home. I have ordered these for after giving birth twice and can highly recommend. They’re also really beneficial for yeast infections and associated discomfort.

I went through surgery and needed these. Not only were they well-made, and perfect size but the price was awesome. I keep them on hand and even use them as ice packs for injuries around the house. Well made product. I would buy them again and again.

These are great ice packs and I have found that cooking sensation of these last longer than most other pads, plus they have a better value for sure money. The annoying part which mashed it a 4-star review is that some of them just did not work so I felt like I got jipped. Overall they are good but beware that some are faulty and will go to waste.

These are a must have postpartum! I used both the Frida Mom version & these. Both were good and had different pros / cons. Below are my pros/cons for this product. PROS -price point, good bang for your buck -gets VERY cold -very easy to use / activate CONS -these are pretty big & heavy -the contents inside the pad slush around so sometimes had to lean forward to get the coldness where I needed it to be

After coming home from the hospital, I was extremely glad I bought these in advance. For the price, i think the quality was good. It really isnt too far off from the ones they gave me in the hospital, other than these do not stay as cold for as long as the ones in the hospital. Overall, I was happy with these. I would recommend and would purchase again.

Overall, these did the job. For me personally, I would prefer another thin layer of pad or something between the ice and skin, since it felt extremely cold and uncomfortable minutes after activating the pack. It is great size, just like a long overnight pad. Easy to use, instructions on every pad. It is much colder then Frida mama brand, but I would prefer the lining between ice and skin from Frida mama brand.
