A spoon and scraper in one. Heavy-duty silicone head is fused to the nylon handle for strength and durability. Won’t come apart, split, stain, burn, melt or crack. Head is heat-resistant to 650°F. I will say this is a replacement for another one I accidentally cut and it's not as smooth or fine edged as the original. Maybe they changed the design slightly. But still is an amazing spatula. Pricey, but the first one I had lasted over 10 years and still works, just a big chunk cut out of it. By the way, I used to make caramels with it, which is pretty hot, never had an issue. I had my old Pampered Chef spatula for 20 plus years. I love it because all scrapings are removed from containers.

Love these. Used for years. Husband burned the end so I needed a replacement. Mix, the. Completely clean out the bowl. Perfect foer baking.
