CLIFFS BY WHITE MOUNTAIN Women's Shoes Clara Ballet Flat

Finally a shoe I can wear all day in the office! For the past 6 or 7 years, I've worn black Crocs flats. They're comfortable, don't scuff like leather, don't stain like fabric, and aren't affected at all by water if I scurry through the rain. But after 2 years of every day wear, I needed to replace them, only to find that they don't seem to be made anymore. Only 1 style on the crocs site, and the few styles available on Amazon are either priced too high or only available in maybe size 4 and size 9. So the hunt was on for a super-comfortable black flat, inexpensive, that would be suitable for my office job. I first order a pair of cheapies from Walmart, thinking they'd get me by until I could afford something better, but they were so terribly missized that they went straight in the trash. Then I bought a pair here from Amazon Warehouse that were okay, but my dog ate them the very next morning. So I headed back to Amazon Warehouse to check my options and found these for just $5 in like new condition! I have to admit that wearing normal (non-plastic) flats again feels a little odd. They're not quite as flexible, but they do fit very well and look really nice with my work outfits. At first, they rubbed on my heel a little (unlike the crocs which just stick to your feet and move with you), and sometimes my toes would feel a little pinched. But I figured I just needed to break them in, so I would wear them for an hour, switch to Crocs for an hour, and then back to these, over and over for about 3 days while at work. Then one day I realized I was still wearing them several hours later, completely comfortable, not even switching to my crocs at all -- and I was walking all over our business property to check things in different buildings. These shoes have cushiony support and are very comfortable to wear through the whole workday now, much more comfortable than the Naturalizer ones I tried, and the 6W fits me great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, especially since I scored such a low price!

This is a very pretty, well-made shoe. For someone who has a hard time finding a shoe that fits comfortably this one may work for you. The insole is padded, the style is attractive and the craftsmanship was done with care. Even the packaging was done with care as well. Unfortunately I ordered a half size too large, which was entirely my own fault, so it is a little too big for me. I’m on the fence about returning it, though. Like I said, it’s very pretty and comfortable. I am newly in a wheelchair so I may be able to get away with it being slightly too large and because my feet tend to swell I may be glad it is a little roomy.

These shoes are very nice. Super comfortable. They do run a little large, I ordered a 8/12 recommended based on other orders. They will be fine with socks but when I order another color, which I will, I will order an 8.

I really wanted to love these shoes. They appeared to be the perfect answer for my search for dressy black flat shoes. I ordered my regular size (9W) and crossed my fingers. Unfortunately when they arrived they were both too long and too wide. My feet were swimming in them! The insole was great and seemed to offer good support, however the shoe itself was very stiff with very little give. I returned these shoes. If they had been softer I would have tried a smaller size because they are very cute.

This is my FOURTH order of (various) White Mountain Shoes. I have wide feet and they offer a wide width. The shoes are lovely and always fit me perfectly. Uniform color and beautiful finish. They look like they would be more expensive, but they are a good deal! The cushioning inside is very comfortable. The shoes are not stiff and flex easily, but also provide enough support. The past orders have worn well and do not fall apart. Im not easy on shoes! The style is lovely and dressy for a flat ballet style. Not boring, not plain. I love this company.

Have been buying this brand for a few years. The design is classic and the fit is comfortable; but the last few pairs have worn out noticeably faster. Spots show on the side after having worn the shoes only a few times, and this had not happened before.

Matrial was hard too.

I like the shoes but they're far too small. I need a women's UK size 10. When these arrived they said size 12 (the US size), which is supposed to be the equivalent of a UK size 10 but they were too small for me.

Preciosos. El color en realidad es mejor que el de la foto. Tiene super buen soporte en la pisada. Los materiales parecen ser muy buenos (no los he usado) y son super comodos, firmes y seguros.
