Great EDC knife
I am a knife builder, so this review is coming from that perspective. This is a great little knife. I have used it for several months now and it has met or exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a spring assisted opener and the mechanism on this knife works great, quick and smooth. Very solidly built, especially for a mass produced knife. I was also looking for an aesthetically pleasing knife, and this little guy hits all the marks. The blade is beautiful - multilayered "Damascus" steel with a high carbon core that takes and holds a fine edge. The scales are a dark, hard fine-grained wood with a smooth finish, recessed screw holes and consistent tolerances. My only complaint, a wish actually, is that they would offer a variety of scale materials. That being said, however, a handy person could probably switch the scales out with a material of their own choosing if they wanted to. Which I will probably do sometime in the future.

Great Gift for your better half!
If your husband loves the outdoors or likes to spend his time at the range, but you don't know what to get him for his Birthday or a special day? Don't look further, this is it! It looks and cuts great. My husband loves it!

Not so sharp out of the box
The knife is really light weight and feels kinda cheap in the hand compared to the Kershaw I'm used to carrying. It wasn't very sharp out of the box, I tested it on paper and the first cut was kinda jagged and the second one tore the paper. Very rough grind on the edge. I fixed it right up with my worksharp sharpener. The Damascus is real (pattern welded Damascus) you can see the layers on the spine along with the high carbon center core. I don't feel this knife is worth almost $60 right out of the box, but it's ok if you know how to sharpen. Open action is decent for not being spring assisted I don't think it has ever not opened when I have flicked it open. Four stars just cuz it feels cheap to me, that's just my opinion. But still a decent knife.

Beautiful Pattern
I got this because I have a fascination with Damascus Steel. It is such a beautiful blade, and it came presharpened. For somebody who practices safety around knives, it's safe, but I recommend not letting children use it.

Quality not up to the price
The ball bearings feel like they have sand in them or voids in the balls. It's a little clicky and harder to open than a regular knife. I just got a $15 ball bearing knife 2 weeks ago and it opens beautifully. That's why I got this one. Also had to sharpen it myself a little. Overall I would say it's a good $25-30 knife but for $60 I would go with another knife.

Good looking knife
Looks beautiful and seems to be well made. The wood is a little dull, but I oiled it and now it looks great!
