I hadn't had this since college and I'm in my 50s. Feeling nostalgic this looked really good and while it was definitely salty, it was immensely satisfying and filled me up without feeling too full, though I was quite thirsty until bedtime. Good texture, plenty of meat, carrots and potatoes. Probably more sodium than I need but I don't eat it every day. Great on a dark cold wet day.

If you need a quick hardy meal then the Dinty Moore beef stew is definitely worth it. There’s plenty of meat, potatoes, and carrots. With 15oz you can share it or devour the whole can. I’ve been eating this brand for a very long time. It’s great to stock up on this in the pantry for those times you need a quick meal.
