Good fitting, fun, and durable
I got these for Gay Pride weekend this year. I have medium sized wrists for a male and the smaller one fits great. The larger one works too, but has a little more room to move around. They stretch well so they are easy to get off and one around a watch or other accessories. It seems to hold up well and there are no visible scratches.

Loved it so much I purchased a 2nd set!
My 10 yr old son loves to study rocks and he has ADHD and the 7 Chakras help with their energy while the the lava rocks are perfect for socking up essential oils depending on his needs. During test he love to take it off and just twiddle the through his fingers which also help him stay focused. My husband too has ADHD, and saw the difference in my son he too decided to give it a try so I purchased a second set. Now we all wear them and my husband also says he feels more calm and focused.
