I was advised to use this on my little boy by our pediatrician when he was just a few months old. He had a bad diaper rash due to antibiotics and NOTHING was working. It cleared up his rash in less than 24 hours!!! I haven't bought any other brand since and will not. I have also used this over my c-section scar in the summer to keep moisture away. Love this stuff for baby rashes. It is nice and thick, and is very protective (great barrier cream) against urine and stool. Will always recommend! It's not "clean/ low toxicity" by any means...but it is really effective when you need it most.

If you struggle with diaper rash for your baby or oddler this is the one! We tried absolutely everything. The only thing that ever worked was an Rx cream mixed with 2 other OTC creams including hydrocortisone and a foot fungus cream (our doctor recommended this mixture) it would work after 2 or 3 days but eventually that stopped working too. Someone recommended me this saying they use it in nursing homes. This stuff works almost immediately! So glad we found it! Turns out our toddler was lactose intolerant and her poop was literally burning her skin so after we changed her diet the diarrhea stopped and no more rashes but in very thankful for this cream for the time we really needed it. If you have tried everything and nothing has worked, try this, it's amazing.

It works! I’ve had a long history with contact dermatitis. Once had a rash last 3 months after getting children’s bubble wand liquid on my forearm. Well now it happened in my “nether region.” Nothing worked! I tried hemorrhoid cream, witch hazel, only washing with water. The itch was INTENSE ( I know TMI) I even did a pinworm cleanse but that did nothing. Well this ointment worked like magic, very cooling sensation and itch down to manageable announce first use. By day 3 I felt like myself. Only negative? It’s like paint! It sticks. SO, be prepared to live with it until it works lol

This stuff is actually magic. My 10 month old was sick and had a horrible diaper rash from it. I used destin max strength for a week and it did nothing but get worse. I saw a reddit about parents using this so I decided to give it a shot. The first day of use it was already way less red by bedtime. Day two only looked better and he wasn't crying from pain during his diaper changes. Day 3 his rash was almost completely gone. Its Day 4 and I can barely see where his rash was. I will absolutely be using this in the future when he gets rashes. Make sure their skin is completely dry before applying the cream too.

Needed something effective for a wound so tried this and found its a a great value without smell and lasts. Very thick and sticky. Works amazingly well. Would purchase again
