Nice tool. Shape is good, practical and versatile. Polish is pretty good. Edges are fine but probably the weakest part. Plenty smooth enough though. Price is good.

This is JUST LIKE the tool my physical therapist uses. And the other therapist that charged over $100 for "scrapping" my achilles tendon. With this little tool, I can massage muscles or have my husband scrape my sore achilles tendon before it flares up. The price point for this tool is so low (like...lower than ONE co-pay for physical therapy). It's helped with post-workout soreness and post-injury healing. I asked my physical therapist to show me a few ways to use it, and he was happy to oblige and show how to push it through the muscle. It's a great tool that will bring relief and work out soreness and tightness, even long-held injuries.

Excellent tool for scraping and muscle release. The quality is great — it feels sturdy and well-made. I use it for Gua Sha and it really helps with tight areas. Easy to clean and holds up well even with regular use.

All around really like this! My only issue with it is that it gets slippery if your hands are a bit sweaty or if any lotion gets under your grip. But love the multiple different ways to use it and it’s super easy to use. Very light and worked as well as the one my OT used.

Recommended by physical therapy to reduce or eliminate scar tissue after surgery. Scar tissue can cause problems while and after recovery. Functions well, very durable, easy to clean, comfortable to use. It's working so far to remove scar tissue. It isn't a easy but I'm hoping it will be helpful for pain relief in the future. It product has already been helpful in removing scar tissue from surgery so it definitely works! I highly recommend consulting your medical professional before using so ypu know how or if you should use it

My physical therapist recommended looking into gua sha tools for massaging frequent knots I get in some muscles. I looked at many options before deciding on this one. This looked small in the pictures but it was an excellent size for a 6' tall, medium build male. I expect it would be a good size for anyone smaller. The various angles and shapes give a good variety for going after the knots. The material is a smooth, quality stainless steel so I have no fear of it getting gross like the cheap metals often used in generic products. The edge isn't fully rounded but has just a slight bit of an edge (instead of being full "u" shaped it is slightly "v" shaped). I like this shape because it allows you to be more aggressive in attacking the knots with a little pressure. I don't have a wide experience with these tools to say how it compares with others but it does a great job of giving the same effect as the tools my physical therapist uses.
