Wrong Instruction Manual/No Unlock Door Port
This system came with instruction manual for a totally different set. Works good but I wish we had instructions for all the buttons and their purpose. It has an unlock door button but no wire port in the back to actually connect one to buzz the person in! I mean, am I missing something here? Please help😢

Good Product but Buyer Beware!
This item itself is pretty nice. Clear picture and voice. Took 8 hours to install. The main issue I have with this item is that you should not buy the suggested items that Amazon posts are most often purchased with this Video system; such as the Lee Electronics 323M 16VAC Power Supply and the RCI Electric door Strike. These items are not compatible and will not work together!

After 3 Months, One of three bells stopped working
I have to update my rating now that one of my tenants informed me that her bell has stopped working just 3 short months after installation of this intercom system. My previous review was given only a couple weeks after installation, when everything was working properly. This is disappointing; a three month shelf-life is unacceptable for the price point.
