The Fire Stallion [Gregg, Stacy] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. The Fire Stallion Review: It is about two very special red-maned horses and two very brave girls, one of whom is a Viking. - It's a great book. I think it would be best for ages 9 to 20. The main character is from New Zealand, but the book is set in Iceland. The story revolves around a Hollywood movie called "Brunhilda" but it is a make believe movie; meaning there was never a movie about that. I don't think it is a good book for young children though because there's some bloodshed in it. And one piece of information from the book is that most Japanese restaurants don't serve puffin! I suggest that you also look at Stacy Gregg's other books, especially "The Princess and the Foal" which is my favourite. Reviewed by Ethan (10 years) Review: Loved it - This is the second book I have purchased by this author. My daughter loved this one even more. She hopes to collect a couple more. For reference she is going into 6th grade, is 11 and an avid reader.

I loved this book and I would love a sequel to it. It was a truly amazing book that which was really interesting and grasping. I could not put this book down. I would recommend it to 11 - 18 year olds for the reason that the switching between characters and Icelandic terms could be a bit confusing for younger readers. Is Stacy Gregg were to release a sequel I would hope that it would be mainly about Hilly again and she could have another adventure of possibly romance with Anders. Overall this was a brilliant read and possibly one of my favorite books of all time

Absolutely awsome book , the ending is sad but happy at the same time , it is really suprising. The story of Brunhilda is very diffrent to the one that the film tells. Really enjoyable, incredible!
