Great textbook.
Excellent textbook with easy to read text and comprehensive learning of statics problems with solutions to follow along with in the fundamental problems section.

Great linear approach
This book was essential to understanding Statics and has many good examples. There are a plethora of practice problems that condition you for an exam. I took this course as an independent study and struggled at first (know your physics), but through perseverance and practice I gained a good understanding of the material and completed the course with a B. I recommend this book.

my teacher sucked he was no help at all. This book is super clear. I learned this material on my own. This book has great examples. I love that this book doesn't write too much and goes straight to the point. has about 4 examples per sections. i recommend this book.

For those that are unaware...there is a guy on YouTube that solves every problem in this book if you need any help.

Great rental price!
Decent book, necessary for my statics class. I give my praise to the amazon rental system. That saved me a lot of money, and as a college student that means a lot!

Poor condition
The book definitely feels like it could fall apart at any moment and is quite scuffed up and some pages are crinkled. However, this is a cheap option and the material is there so it’s worth it to me. I’ll just have to be extra gentle with it. I’m mainly just writing this review to document it was crappy before I got it just in case they try to make me buy it or something.
