Personalized 12oz Glass Coffee Mug

For those who like monogrammed bar ware, this is a buy to consider. The final product is excellent, a good heft when lifted and whatever you've chosen to have put on it will come out as you specified. One modest caution is that what you get is precisely what you asked for. They work best with very specific instructions as I found out and appreciated. They want to produce a product to your satisfaction and they do. Remembering that it's glass will prevent ring around the coffee table and a nice set of coasters should accompany this if a gift. Ditto for using it for cold drinks that sweat and stain many surfaces, but particularly wood or leather. As a great, inexpensive gift you'll be proud to give, it would be hard to find anything better at double the price. A trophy? A prize? A souvenir of a happy time? A stocking stuffer? This is an excellent item to fill all those purposes. Just remember that specificity in ordering makes the finished product what you wanted.

I ordered a few of these mugs for a family member. The mugs were received in a very short time and were in great condition. I was a little disappointed that the etchings were a bit hard to read, but overall a great product. One issue that I had when ordering was that I couldn't specify the phrase I wanted at the time of ordering. Instead I had to wait for an email (that unfortunately was sent to my spam folder) before I could complete the instructions.However once I did reply (find) the email from the company, my mugs arrived very soon after.

I purchased 3 mugs. Two were for myself and husband and one was for a gift.We recently became grandparents for the first time and wanted mugs that signified the event. After calling stores and searching the internet,I discovered that these mugs were not only the best buy, but were dishwasher safe and microwaveable! I was also quite pleased when the company emailed me quickly to confirm the personalized names and font. The mugs arrived promptly and were carefully packaged in bubble wrap. We use the mugs everyday, for our daily tea times and are fondly reminded that we are now "grandma and grandpa."The mug I gave as a gift is cherished ,too. This grandma has a special name given to her by her first granddaughter and to drink her tea from the mug that bears the unique name, brings her much joy!

My wife & I love our new, personalized glass mugs. Just one caveat for potential purchasers...Be sure to read the product details and submit your engraving instructions to the vendor thru Amazon's email system! I missed that little detail and, leaning on another reviewer's comments, kept waiting for Amazon to fwd an email from the vendor to my Yahoo email inbox, asking for my instructions. That's not the way it works, so my order was needlessly delayed. The vendor did, indeed, try valiantly to get my attention, but I didn't know where to look! Just go to "Your Account" & look in the section titled "More Order Actions", & find "Your Emails With Sellers". I wonder how many others have been tripped up by this little wrinkle in Amazon's policy?

Mug arrived earlier than the expected ETA so that was great. However, the print is not highlighted enough to stand out AS IS or with majority of the drink color spectrum. On the advertised picture, the font is in White and not clear per se so I cannot say I am happy about the end result. Not recommending.

The order arrived very quickly and the quality was exactly as pictured. I have heated the water to boiling in my microwave and have had no problems so far. The etching is very pretty and I believe they would be nice gifts for the family or for work. As someone else indicated their work cup was stolen, it might help prevent theft since it has the name on it!

I ordered this glass coffee mug for a friend for a birthday. My friend really likes it and I would recommend it for anyone that wants to get a gift for someone who already has everything. It's great for hot or cold drinks, looks great to have on a counter or table and it's beautifully personalized. Great gift idea. Jim
