Great price for this product when the function is also very well. It comes with the remote control, making it so much easy to operate. I push the button on the main control box and chose the flicker that I like the most and then used the remote control to turn on and off the light. The remote control memorizes the flicker that I like that way. So convenient and cool.

I specifically bought this item because I was going for the firefly aesthetic and looking for warm white LEDs that twinkle and fit in a mason jar, and initially was hoping for solar powered ones. Dug pretty far on Amazon, and couldn't find any solar, so I bought these instead. They definitely are warm white and have a nice assortment of twinkle and steady glow patterns. The remote was a bonus, because I use these outside but keep the remote inside to manually turn them on and off (since they aren't solar and automatic). My observations from putting them in a mason jar: you need a wide mouth (most solar ones call for a narrow mouth), and the battery pack doesn't sit flat on the bottom, but it doesn't take away from their appearance. Otherwise look great and do the trick considering they are not solar. Another perk of battery/remote vs solar is I can control when they're on, and they will still work great in areas that don't get sun. Can't comment on battery life or light lifespan, but given the other ratings, I'm expecting good things. Would buy again.

Wanted to add a little "flare" to my palm in my living room. There are several blinky light up patterns to choose from or you can leave them on/constant. You can also adjust brightness. Takes 4 aa batteries, but batteries don't seem to last long. If I turn it on for 2 or so hours in the evening, they *might* last 3 weeks. None the less, love it. I normally hide the battery box on the back side. Easy to change the batteries out. Remote is a nice touch too. (Pictured is just one of the two strands)

They are just the greatest little lights. Just what I was looking for. And the remote makes them even better! I bought the white ones but will be buying some of the other colors that are offered . Just think holiday!!

Just what I wanted! We don't use our wood-burning fireplace anymore. When I fond a cut crystal bowl at an estate sale, I had a brilliant idea! I put all of these fairy lights in the inverted bowl, add a few votive candles, and, bingo! A lovely flicking "fire" which doesn't upset anyone's breathing or asthma.

This was the perfect solution for the look we were going for. They look great and I highly recommend this product. We ended up buying more of them to do other areas where we had put garland up throughout the house. Battery life has been pretty good so far. Seems like it should last us throughout the holiday season. They are easy to install as long as you take the time to unwind the coil correctly. No issues with install at all and the remotes worked as they should. Our 2 year old can work the remote so it is pretty self explanatory once you get the setting you want. Green button on and red button off. Pretty simple and perfect!

I purchased a set of two of these string lights and have loved them. For the past few months, I have had them strung up around my porch, keeping the remote inside. The settings allow for a wide array of different light combinations, anything for your needs. Some of the flashing settings are a bit intense, but can be dimmed using the remote as well (which, turns out, is an amazing feature). Not to mention, they are battery powered, allowing for easy hookup without worrying about finding a power source or outlet. Synchronizing multiple strings seems to be very straight-forward, although I have not tried this yet. A small inconvenience comes when first stringing them up, as the wire can very easily become tangled or folded. This, in some cases, is a good thing because it allows for easy attachment to small hooks or other necessary maneuverability, but can definitely become annoying quickly. Overall, any unwanted bends or twists that happen can be untangled with minimal effort, so with determination the setup can be perfected. Overall, very happy with the purchase. As far as price per value, these lights have really impressed me.

Arrived promptly, all lights worked, 2X20' strings & 2 remotes. Only need one of the remotes to operate both sets of lights. A lot if lights, nice & bright, shimmer or solid. Happy with purchase.

I’m glad I calculated correctly. I bought these to wrap around a wire frame in the shape of a star. I figured the batteries could hide in the middle. I think I may need to repurchase. I quit wrapping because it was taking so long, but it seems like the lights have a lot of space between them. To get the coverage I want, I may need more. The battery cases are large because these take a surprising amount of power to run.

Love these lights…remote is a great option..highly recommend
