I've purchased a few baking books some of which were so poor quality they were fit only for the bin... this is excellent. Colour pictures step by step instructions loads of tips. Well worth it's money.

Lots of top tips available for the new cake maker. Learn some tricks of the trade. Fully illustrated with excellent photographs.

This book has been very helpful when I was starting out. I didn’t give the full stars because the measurements are in cups. That is good for USA but difficult for us in UK.

The book looks very good and informative.....haven't tried any recipes or decorating yet. The only thing I would say, it is all in American cups, though there is some sort of conversion at the back of the book. Looking forward to using it.

this Cake Decorating for Beginners book was bought as a gift for someone else, so I cannot review it, sorry.

I take issue with Amazon as I did put in the filters for English baking as I don’t want to Google what certain things are when using a cook book. It’s too American.

This book has 154 pages and details everything from adding food coloring to frostings, frosting and cutting shapes out of cakes, to piping and designing. It also provides recipes for frostings etc. how much fondant to use for each size pan, how to apply it. Analyst goes on definitely the perfect book for beginners like myself.

I bought this book as a present for my granddaughter and it is everything and more than I was hoping for in a Beginner book so much information and clear pictures to go with each topic. This book is great for all age .It will be will be in her kitchen for many years.
