Perfect for what I needed it for. Underneath my double-sink bathroom vanity, up under where the back of the sinks are, there is a 5/8"gap in the cabinet which is open all of the way down to the sub-floor. I think bugs are getting into the house by crawling up the back side of the cabinet and dropping down into the storage area. Since the doors have a gap with the cabinet (due to the rubber bumpers which soften the closing sound), the bugs drop right onto the floor. Easy to cut with scissors and the backing was fairly sticky but I didn't use it. There was some dust up on the wood, probably from when the countertop was cut/drilled for the sinks, and I didn't think I could remove it all. Besides, it was easier to push the foam into the gap without having to fight the adhesive.

I used these for a sound proofing project at home by sealing the gap between the door and the floor. The gap measures around 3/4 inch, however it’s not uniformly 3/4 inch. I originally went with the high density ones, but found they have very little give and ended up getting the 1 inch low density one. The product worked like a charm. We took off the door and applied it to ensure maximum adhesiveness. We didn’t add anymore adhesive other than the original one, and it worked pretty well. I also found the adhesive is forgiving enough that if you misaligned, you could take it off and reapply. Because our floor is wood, the tight installation does make the door make a squeaky sound when closing tight, but that’s something we are okay with live with. Maybe the 3/4 low density would be the best for my use case, but they don’t offer one. Overall very satisfied with the product.

Works but does not stick very good. Seems to stick good at first but fell off within two weeks. Gave a 1 star review at first but had to upgrade it to a 4 star. I may have gotten a bad batch. I don’t know. But I will update this review because after I contacted them about the issue. They gave me a refund within hours of speaking to them. They were extremely polite and handled the problem very fast. I must say their customer service is something other sellers should use for an example. Their customer service is excellent.

I purchased this product in April of 2020 for some home improvements during CoVid. Yesterday, nearly 4 years later, I wanted to seal the door on my storage shed to keep the bugs out. I had a leftover roll of this foam tape on a shelf in the storage shed. (Note: I had the tape in a zip lock storage bag) I was totally surprised that the adhesive had not dried out after 4 years in a storage shed. BTW, the tape I installed 4 years is still working great, including the tape on our attic access door.

I've ordered this a few times and worked great. But the last 2 times have been a disaster! Not sure if they changed the tape or it had a terrible reaction, but the tape strip separates from the rubber and is a super sticky mess. Even if you can get the tape to peel back from the paper, it wont stick to the rubber. But it's a gooey sticky mess to everything else and your hands and you have to clean it off with Goo Gone and alcohol. 100% UNUSABLE!
