X10 PRO Soft Start Dimmer Wall Switch, White (PLW01-W)

Everything works perfect!

The remote functionality is sporadic, but the manual works well.

Works well. I like the soft on and off feature and that you can dim and brighten from the wall switch.

This module appears to be good quality, and claims to be better than the older comparable modules. Mine works fine so far, but hasn't been in operation long enough to assess its long-term reliability and durability, so I hesitated to give it a 5-star rating at this point.

Replaced my old one and my old remote synchronized with it immediately.

I have used X10 products for 20 years or more. They can really help out around the house and shop. I use this switch to turn on my outside lights on my non-attached garage. I even use a remote at times.

It did not work at all. The push button fell off, I reinstalled it, but the remote feature never worked. It only operates when I activate the switch manually, thus to turn it off I would have to go to the shed were I installed, +/- 100' to turn it off. I did that twice and since then I have never turned on. Really bad quality.
