Most reading this review will already know that Saw Palmetto Berries are taken for prostate health in men. I have found that taking Saw Palmetto actually works and works quite effectively. I was a truck driver for 15 years. Sitting is something done for long periods of time at this profession. Trucker diet is not usually the best (fast food mainly) as we live on the road. I knew that this lifestyle of sitting, eating fast food, lots of coffee and sugar, were not good for my health. Many truckers gain weight too which is also detrimental to health in the long run. My point is that prostate enlargement does not happen over night and its cure may also take more than a few months. I have not taken Saw Palmetto for more than a three month period or on a regular basis because I have not found a product that was inexpensive and effective until now. I just purchased two more bottles of this Natures Way brand and I will be using it for at least six months so that I can see if a longer term of usage will equal a longer term of prostate health (shrinkage). It's important to keep this gland in good health for more than just urinary tract function as prostate cancer is an issue as we age. I purchased a bottle of another brand which was working okay, then I purchased this product which was less expensive. I also noticed that the capsules contained a darker product than the first bottle of the other brand. I am used to seeing Saw Palmetto as a dark brown product and it does seem to be considerably more effective. In my past experience using various Saw Palmetto products the darker product always worked better because all of the light brown products I used did not have the same impact. Natures Way is very reasonably priced. So much so that I will continue taking it for at least six months and perhaps longer. I am half way through my first bottle of three that I purchased and I can feel the difference right away in the first week of taking them. When you have an enlarged prostate your bladder does not empty out. You feel your done urinating even when you know your bladder is half or three quarters full because you will have to urinate again in an hour, over and over again. That is the primary indicator that your prostate is enlarged. As soon as you have been taking an effective Saw Palmetto, you will notice within a month that you begin to empty out more and more week after week, little by little. Get on a regime of taking Saw Palmetto daily, be patient and you will see results. Natures Way is the best value I have found from a product that is as effective as any I have taken.

Attention Men: If you are looking for a great saw palmetto herbal supplement. Then this is the product I highly reccommend. It's a potent serving, all natural ingredients, non-gmo. However with that said, if you are looking for significant results after consuming this product to remedy BPH, enlarge prostate gland, treat urinary tract symptoms, enhance fertility, treat men's hair loss, alopecia, etc. you will get little to no efficacy. I have tried saw palmetto for six months straight, +300 capsules later, I did not experience any improvement in my overall energy, sex drive, or hair gain. For me, I was hoping to treat mild hair loss using this herb rather than medication. I had no side effects using this product. If you decide to try this anyway, I think this brand is the best quality and value on Amazon.

I am a 27 year old woman. When I was 15, a doctor put me on birth control for my acne. I had tried everything but Accutane up until that point and nothing had helped. A combination birth control pill kept my acne mostly at bay for over 10 years. In September 2016, I had to get off of the combination birth control I was so used to because I was getting migraines with aura. I was told to switch to a pill without estrogen. I admitted that I was nervous about my skin, but a doctor said that I should be okay because I don't have teenage skin anymore. He was very wrong. I soon had breakouts worse than before I first got on birth control, worse than when I was a teenager. My back was covered in big angry red cysts. I had some on my chest as well. I have really low blood pressure, so I wanted to try something natural first. Some women on acne forums talked about saw palmetto, as it helps with testosterone levels in your body. This saw palmetto has been a total game changer for me. I've taken it every day for 3 weeks and the acne on my back that has horrified me for months is clearing up. It's not totally clear but MUCH better. I still have pimples, but they're smaller and less red, and not all over my back. I think, if I stick with this, they may go away. I take one pill with food every day. I had a few days of breast tenderness and a few days of cramping and light spotting, but otherwise I haven't had many side effects at all, and the ones I did have were very manageable. I am recently single after a longterm relationship and this saw palmetto is helping me to clear up my acne and feel confident about dating again. My dermatologist did end up prescribing me Spiro as well but, before trying that, I am going to stick with the saw palmetto and see how much it clears up. I'm glad I found something to help get my adult, cystic, hormonal acne under control!
