Makes for an excellent sofa pillow. Its not firm or so soft that any bit of pressure squeezes the life out of it. Its just enough dense that you can notice a pillow which is great for not being so intrusive that you feel like its taking up to much sofa space, get mad and throw it off the sofa. Im been a victim of buying pillow cases on amazon where i assume the pillow was included but it wasnt, and this pillow has been my go to for stuffing my newly aquired pillow cases lol

works the way I want it to but it's a small pillow, looked bigger in the pic, I felt the description should've been more specific. It is soft and fluffie, good quality, light, and is really white. Still a great pillow.

I bought this pillow for a pillow case I had for my daughter. I had the case but it didn’t come with the pillow. Size was perfect. Worked well. FYI the pillow comes collapsed in air tight packaging. When you open it it pops open.

This 12 x 20 pillow insert is not quite as fluffy or thick as the 18 x 18 pillow insert. I followed the instructions regarding fluffing the pillow insert but the results were not the same as the 18 x 18 insert that I also purchased.

I found this pillow insert to be too soft and lumpy when putting cover on it didn’t fill in all over. I’ve gotten inserts before and they were much more firmer.

Not a great pillow! Flat and squishy. Don’t recommend for anything but decorative pillow.

Keeps the shape of the pillow. Good quality filling and feels really full. Looks really nice with covers. And the price is good

VERY lightweight. As in only half filled. Did not fluff up much at all. Sizing was correct so I opened the seam and stuffed it tighter with an old pillows fluff and sewed it back down. Good price point
