Core Flyte Pair with Carrying Case, Workout Guide, and Online Workout Videos

I have to admit that I was skeptical about the core flyte at first. My gym has a similar device which I use weekly. The other device looks like two dumbbells - but each end has a wheel on it. It's great for doing free range push-ups - like the perfect pushup but with more freedom. So when my trainer suggested that I try the core flyte, I thought it would be the same. BOY WAS I WRONG. The core flyte is great for free-range of motion push-ups, but unlike the other device, the core flyte engages my core. I had to flex hard to remain stable. Not only did it give me a great workout for push-ups but I ended up playing with it for 2 hours! Long story short, I ordered the core flyte that night on the flyte fitness company website. I brought it with me on a business trip and used it in my hotel every morning. It is probably the most fun fitness device I have every used and I've done them all. It's only been a few weeks, but my core feels so much tighter and stronger. My posture has improved - yes in only 3 weeks! And, even better, I finally am getting the six-pack I always wanted. I literally have not changed anything in my diet or lifestyle - just added the core flyte (I like to use it for about 20 minutes a day) - and the results have been incredible. The core flyte is not like any other fitness product. It will not collect dust in your closet. I use it every day and again, not because I have to, but because I want to. It's an excellent product and I highly recommend it to anyone who finds it difficult to get motivated to workout and also for those with back/posture issues such as myself. These are awesome! Super challenging. Love that they work on ANY surface

Both do not roll nearly as smooth as when i first got them. They leave a rusty slide mark on my floor when using them. One wheel pops out occasionally. Loved them in the beginning but they don't last, feel like I wasted my money on 2 pairs for our gym.

Good, not perfect. Works well, low to the ground so it does not flip over like competing products, but rolling is not very smooth. I expect a little more finish for the price. John

The product is pretty overpriced for what you get, but I'm giving them 5 stars anyway because this is probably the most effective tool I've encountered for targeting your abs. I'm not a fitness expert, so maybe there are better things out there, but I've been working out most of my life and I can say that personally I haven't found anything that works my core like this. The most of the moves aren't particularly hard, as a matter of fact when I first got it I was surprised at how easy a lot of them were, but they do target your core muscles very effectively. Realistically, something like this should probably cost $40-60 dollars, at the most. However, since having a strong core is something that is so important for health and vitality, I'm willing to overlook that.

I returned this product due to the noise problems I had, my gym has wood floors and it was incrediblely noisy, next thing I know the owner of the company is calling me and offering me the product for free, for me to try again, also he indicated to me the possibilities of the product, this was the first time in my life I have seen this amazing customer service. So...these are probably good if they slide properly on your floor. I specifically bought these because regular gliders do not slide on my gym floor which is rubber. These said that they work in rubber flooring and I figured they would because of the rolling balls on the bottom. However...they do not glide at all. The balls get stuck and won't move. You also can not use both on two feet at the same time while standing because they are unstable due the balls. I have tried them not on the rubber floor and they are good!! But.... for the purpose I needed them which is my gym...no good. And....they are expensive compared to regular gliders.
