Good product for the price and arrived fast!!

I've used these for years. I use Luxilon string and this extends its life by at least double. At $40 in string cost alone (I do my own stringing), this saves much more than it costs.

If you have a good topspin stroke and use a cheaper cost more durable poly string, this product can help to preserve strings further and give you better bite on the ball when hitting topspin ground-strokes. Thicker less breakable poly strings typically don't bite into the ball enough to create the desired topspin effect. These Tourna Crosses stop strings from gouging one another and provide a super rough surface that will bite into the ball when spinning (top/slice). The crosses last a long time while under heavy play conditions 3-3.5 hours 4 to 5 days a week. My tip for spin-use a thicker poly string. string at a pound or two lighter than your norm if you hit tight strings. add the Tourna Cross product in and around the sweet spot. They are super easy to apply (make sure you have the reusable application tool). Enjoy

After 2 tries It was easy to use. I also used a toothpick to slide the string saver down if it was stubborn. I did the entire racket and it tightened my strings just a touch which I liked the feel of.

I broke the strings all the time, 3-4 match per string. I should try string savers a long time ago, it expend the life of the string by 4x. I can't compare to other brand because I only used this Tourna Cross so far. It will not kill your touch and your game, it just helps the strings not rubbing and moving on each others. Update to my previous review: Do not buy it, they changed the material and this amazing thing become worthless.

Prefer Babolat's for ease of application

Even hitting with heavy topspin I get months before I break my synthetic gut string instead of weeks. Great product!
