I live in communal dorms and someone had left an opened lipstick in the dryer, and you can imagine the rest. Three light-colored hoodies absolutely ruined and stained every which way with a dark pinkish-red lipstick. I was ready to throw them away after using any and all stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, baking soda- basically anything short of bleach. Everything kept the stains visible and I was losing hope. I found this while searching through various stain removers and thought "why not, what do I have to lose?" And for spending $10, I am absolutely amazed and ecstatic with the results. The product works almost like a push-pop, where you push on the back and the detergent comes out. It comes out in a gel-like consistency and is rather easy to rub on. I believe this product will last you a while if you're treating smaller spots, but as I had to clear around 30 spots per hoodie, I used up the entirety of my first Cadie stick. It's relatively easy to use and since the gel is clear, I haven't noticed any bleach stains or discolorations due to the product on my cream colored clothing. They were slightly smaller than I was expecting, but the product is truly packed in there, and definitely worth the money I spent on them. I will mention that the process is a bit tedious, as you have to wet the clothing with cold water first, but I found that throwing the clothing in the washing machine on cold and then applying the spot treatment, before running the washing machine again on its regular settings works the best. But either way, it got the stains out of my white hoodie entirely. For my other two, I will apply more product and run it again to get the desired result, but even after just one wash were the results insane. This is the best purchase I have made on amazon by FAR, and I will definitely be repurchasing it again if any similar disaster strikes again. I hope this helps anyone thinking of purchasing the product, it is DEFINITELY worth it!

This is a great product and has removed stains that detergent alone will never take out. I've found over the years that using this special wax like stick before the initial washing will remove virtually any stain I've had. If I see oil, mustard, curry, or some mysterious spot I liberally rub both sides of the fabric with the stick to fully saturate the fabric, then do a normal wash cycle. Highly recommended and it has saved many garments over the years.

I like this product. It doesn't smell toxic and gets most stains out as well as other stain-remover products I've used. I've used it on stains on clothing that has already been through the washer and dryer and most of them come out, which is great. Some improve but do not come out completely, others it might take a couple of washes to work. The good and somewhat not-so-good news: The only small issue I have is with the dispenser. It is just a cardboard tube that you push the cylinder of sticky stuff through with your finger or hold in with your finger, but at a certain point when it gets smaller with use, you can't use the dispenser at all and just have take it out of the tube and use your hands without the tube. The good news about that is that you are not throwing out some non-recyclable piece of plastic junk or spray bottle, filling the landfills and waters with pollution when you are finished with it, so I'm OK with it.

This takes out stains really well but have not tried it on spilt wine...

Do not buy. Useless. It did absolutely nothing for the small juice stain my daughter got on her shirt. I've tried it on other stains as well and again did nothing. Bring back Spray and Wash stain stick bc this one is awful

I've been looking everywhere for this as the grocery stores no longer carry it. I have used this for almost 40 years & it is the best stain remover ever. I have tried everything out there & none compare to this. It's great for silk and other fragile fabrics. It doesn't mark delicate fabrics and removes everything from red wine to grease to mustard, you name it. Grease from the car, garage dirt, you name it. One stick lasts for a long while as it doesn't take much to remove a stain. Just rub it on & throw it in the wash. I love that it comes in a 3 pack.

Tried to remove blood and it didn't do much good at all..

I swear by this product. My kid used to have massive nosebleeds, and this was the handy tool to help me wash it out. i’m so glad they have this on Amazon now.
