Easy to install; bird avoids it so far
This is a sturdy, indestructible toy that I'm sure will be a boredom-buster when my picky eclectus decides it's not evil. I'm not sure if it's the shininess or what, but she has avoided this toy for over three weeks now. I'm gonna add some crinkly papers to "up" the "toy" factor. Clever toy, though. It'll spin if she decides to touch it. :)

African Grey approved
Another great foraging toy that can be used in several ways for your parrot; my African Grey likes this one too. I like to pack it full of crinkled paper and a couple of treats so my parrots have various ways to interact with the toy. It’s well constructed of aluminum and hasn’t rusted in the year we’ve had it. It’s not brightly colored beyond the cap, but it was a great value for money considering that some toys need to be destroyed for the parrots enjoyment and some are nice to have as durable, one-time purchase that last. It’s perfect for a travel cage, as it’s small and doesn’t take up too much space and can’t bang against the parrot like a hanging toy would. It’s easy to put together as well.

Very good foraging toy, my African Grey loves it.
It’s great foraging toy, Max finally figured it out but the treat fell off. There's a little bar that goes through so the treat has to sit on the top of the bar, which most likely will drop once it spins. And if the treat goes to the bottom, it's almost impossible to get it. It's a good toy to keep them busy for sure and he'll have fun with it but he won't be able to get the treat. So, I give him the treat afterwards.

Over priced
Fine workmanship just feel it over priced

Consider it
My Gray won't give this a second look, but that doesn't mean your bird won't. It's a little bit small for my bird, but it's sturdy enough that he wasn't able to rip it off of the side of his cage and throw it down into the sh*tter! I can't decide whether I recommend this or not - it definitely gets marks for sturdiness, durability, and the thought behind the design.

Excellent quality!
My parrot loves it.. every time I put the cap on she knows there are some goodies in it. Only down side is she is too good at unscrewing the cap and it only takes her 30 seconds to get to the treats LOL.

Tiny toy my macaw loves!
Many reviews will note that this toy is small and difficult to get a treat into. It’s still worth the purchase! Yes, the size is small, and there is a bar across the cylinder that means you won’t be able to fit in a whole almond, but it’s perfect for peanut halves and small papaya chunks. My macaw loves this toy when it’s got treats just as much as spinning it when empty. It’s a go-to when he wants to show off…which is pretty much all the time.

Well made but does it work?
It would not work the way the description said it was supposed to work. They said the bird has to unscrew the red top to get the treat. The bar through the cylinder made the opening so small that I couldn’t get a pistaccio nut inside. If I did force it in how would the bird get it out if it did unscrew the top? Am I missing something?
