It is a very well made unit and is quite heavy. Don't hang it on a door that you are going to use frequently. A closet door works well. It didn't really come with instructions on how to hang but has a lot of options. For most people, get some help with the first install, it is heavy.

My wife and I bought this unit several months ago and have used it daily 10 minutes front - same backside. Although I cannot say it works, I can state that after buying the 2nd unit to cover our legs (month later) her leg skin tone is definitely improved. I can recommend this RLT machine.

I really wanted to use this item to help with a rather large list of problems, including joint pain, muscle pain, injuries, hyperpigmentation, insomnia, just to name a few. However, I didn’t find improvement with any of these areas. And unfortunately, I found that it made my insomnia so much worse, despite shifting time of day and duration of treatment. I was so disappointed because red light therapy is actually supposed to HELP insomnia, not cause or make it worse. Because of the insomnia issues, I’ve decided that I can’t continue to use this since without quality sleep, nothing can improve. I do hope that it helps others, however, because it does seem well made and is easy to use.

I just opened it yesterday. I have not used it yet, but I have to say that in this picture it looks like it can do your whole body at once. It looks bigger than it is. I’m very petite, but it seems like it may cover a fourth at a time? I’m hoping I’m wrong, and will update my review if so. I’m hoping I didn’t drop this much money on just a different SHAPE of all the others out there for way less. I’ve used it. It is nice, but there’s no way to do your whole front or back. You need to do your bottom section front and back and back, the same. It’s heavy, and I’m terrified it’s going to crash on the ground since you can’t really put it on the wall, since you need to move it for different areas. Is anyone else having this issue? I dont know what I would do if I wasn’t 5’1 and somewhat thin. I just wish the advertising for this item didn’t make it look like the adult woman is getting full body coverage. I just hope it’s worth it.

I bought this for lower back pain from a herniated disc and for over all health benefits. I felt like it was providing relief for the pain. Unfortunately a row of lights quit working and had to return it hope to get a replacement soon. While using along with an inversion table I was able to stop taking pain medication

I have it hanging on my closet door and use for pain from working out. Seems to be helping.

I received the unit and immediately heard a loose screw moving around inside the unit. Amazon doesn't handle returns/exchanges for this item/listing so I opened the unit and found: - 3 loose screws - A loose power adapter - 5 stripped screws/threads As an engineer, the manufacturer could easily prevent these problems by: - Using torque-drivers with correct, limited torque values - Using threadlocker adhesive I reassembled everything and applied adhesive to the loose parts/screws, and so far the unit works OK but this is unacceptable quality for the price.
