Perfect Hair Day Heat Styling Spray – Smoothness for 48 Hours, Heat Protection up to 450°F, Ultra-Fine Mist for Damp or Dry Hair

I’ve tried several heat protection sprays and this one from Living Proof is one of my favorites. It protects hair up to high heat temperatures and helps keep hair smooth during styling. Things I like about it: • very lightweight • doesn’t leave hair sticky or stiff • helps reduce frizz • hair feels smooth after blow drying You don’t need to use a lot of product, so the bottle lasts a long time. If you regularly use blow dryers or flat irons, this is a great heat protectant to have.

So far I am really enjoying this product. It sprays on evenly and makes my hair shine and prevents the frizz. It smells really good and although I usually like more weight in my hair product this is nice and light. I also feel that it helps protect my hair from damage due to the light just that coats the hair. I will definitely buy again.

I only wash my hair 2–3 times a week, so touch-ups with a straightener or curling iron are part of my routine. I don’t love using traditional heat protectant sprays between washes because they tend to dampen or weigh down my dry hair—but this aerosol version from Living Proof is a total game-changer. Unlike other aerosol heat protectants I’ve tried, this one doesn’t leave any sticky, dry, or gunky residue. My hair feels soft, smooth, and natural afterward—almost like there’s nothing in it at all (in the best way). I also appreciate that I no longer get that dreaded snapping sound when my straightener hits wet hair. That alone makes it a win! The mist is light and fine, so it distributes evenly across my hair without overloading any one section. It gives me that invisible layer of heat protection I need without messing with my style or texture. If you're looking for a clean, effective, and traceless heat protectant for dry hair touch-ups, this is the best I’ve found—highly recommend!

Doesn’t leave any residue on your hair!

I ordered this heat spray because it is my current favorite to protect my dry, break-prone hair when I use heat tools. This new formula seems to work almost as well…but why the new addition of strong perfume? That CAN’T be healthy for hair - especially dry, delicate hair like mine. It’s the type of harsh, strong, perfumey smell that “old lady” hairspray (think AQUANET) has. I liked the milder scent my previous bottle had. Why must everything be so heavily scented?!

Great for fine hair! It is weightless. It says no hold, but there is enough for my fine thin hair to stay styled through a humid day. The smell is also decent. It doesn't have the horrible dry shampoo spray. I have searched for a heat Protectant that works and doesn't make my hair look stiff or greasy and this is it!

So lightweight and doesn't leave my hair greasy. I use this after I finish my blow dry and before using my straightener. Great product!

This is my go to heat protectant for my blowouts because it makes your hair insanely smooth and shiny. I use a little bit on my damp hair and then do another once over once I’m done drying it to get maximum shine. Love this
