Unsurprisingly, another INCREDIBLE product from ANKER
I wanted these earbuds the day they came out. I finally bought a couple of pairs of them towards the end of last year. They're everything I expected them to be and more. I have never once been disappointed with any Anker products. I am a huge supporter of their gear and I am confident in saying that'll never change. These "truly wireless" earbuds blew me out of the water. First and foremost is the fit - this is the only style of earbud that ever worked for me. I could never get the original apple headphones and any other that style to properly seat and stay in my ears. With the 5 or 6 different-sized silicone tips, you're definitely going to find a set that works for you. These are very comfortable and they stay in. I basically wear at least one all day long and, oftentimes, forget it's there. Second - the sound. In regards to volume, you will not be disappointed. I watch LOT of TV Shows & movies and listen to just as many audiobooks. Never once have I thought to myself - I wish these were louder. The maximum volume coupled with the CVC 8.0 Noise Reduction is a home run. You'll have no trouble hearing what you're trying to when you use these earbuds. Third - battery life. As I mentioned before, I basically wear at least one of these all day and I have yet to have an earbud die on me. The battery life is outstanding. The case is slim and fits (very easily) into my pocket all day. It's great because I know it keeps my earbuds charged for whenever I need them. Fourth - Controls. I personally like the click-button on earbuds. I hate the touch style because I never know if I'm pushing hard enough or if I messed up and accidentally clicked too many times or not enough. The click-buttons on these aren't difficult to push but you're aware when you do it. I have no problems with pushing the button(s) and the earbuds getting pushed into my ears. If this ever happens, it's not bothersome by any means nor would I let this (possible?) minor setback dictate whether or not I purchased these earbuds. Fifth - single earbud use. One thing I specifically looked for when researching truly wireless earbuds is the ability to use each earbud individually. There's only a "master" earbud with these when you initially pair them. After they're paired for the first time, you can use either the left or right earbud by itself. Lastly and most importantly - Anker's customer service. I've only ever had to use Anker's warranty once or twice in the past with charging cables and every time I'm blown away. Anker's customer service is an industry leader BY A LONG SHOT. They respond to your inquiries in a timely manner, get right to the problem and address your concerns, and remedy the issues immediately. Even if I hated Anker's products, for their customer service alone, I would still continue to purchase their items. Here's an example - recently I had a pair of these Life P2's and, for whatever reason, they stopped pairing. I reset them a few times and followed instructions to a 'T' but to no avail. I contacted Anker's customer service and was quickly taken care of by Quinn. Within a week I had a new, replacement set of SoundCore Life P2's in my mailbox. I could not be happier with all of their products and their customer service. Do NOT hesitate to buy these. You will not be disappointed -- and, even if you are -- Anker's Customer Service won't quit until you're absolutely satisfied.

Life P2 is C2 for your Ears
While i have had Anker Soundcore LifeP2 for about month, I will only speak to how these earbuds have performed thus far. For the month I have had these, I will say this is the best quality earbuds I have had. If Anker charged me $170 for these buds, I would've shelled out the money regardless. Thats how good a product this is. Again Im not much for the idea of something fitting in your budget, because if its important you'll spend what you think its good for you and you want the buds to perform at its best and purest form for at least beyond the length of its warranty. Anker has always made a sound quality product and have set the price for its products that makes it affordable for most if not all. What i love most about the Life P2 is its versatility. I have used these ear buds to make calls through my Iphone, which i never really did with previous earbuds Ive had because the mic quality on most is garbage, and the ability to hear whoever is on the other line is distant meaning that from an audio perspective the acoustics for voice speaking wasn't adequate and they'd only be good for music. The Life P2 is good on all fronts. Crisp sound to hear, and clarity to speak. Ive used the Life P2 for Zoom calls and people have said that my voice is more clear and better than the internal mics that are used the MacBook Airs. The Life P2 is actually a really solid pair of earbuds for physical activity use & workouts. Since COVID-19 Ive done personal workouts with my Trainer using the P2's via Zoom outdoors and have been able to hear and speak with clarity. That says a lot for me because when you're outside ambient noises distort and distract but no issues there. Their noise cancellation isn't stellar but for me i think its more than adequate for myself and does the needful. So i feel like Ive put the Life P2 to the test in accordance to my usage-lifestyle. I will say that the only drawback is the distance. How far away can i move with the earbuds away from my cell before it cuts out. I have noticed that sparingly when my phone is connected and i'm listening to music the earbuds cut out sightly, but it doesn't bother me as much as long as it doesn't shut down automatically or pop on inadvertently like other earbuds i've purchased in the past. Button Usage - a little sensitive but very responsive and easy to use which is a plus for me Comfort - Ive found them to be very comfortable. Ive had them on for more than an hour riding my bicycle and have also had them on during my runs. Only a few times do i adjust not from discomfort but because i sometimes feel like it maybe loose. This could be a negative but nothing i don't always do to assure the earbuds are secured in my ears. Battery Life and Charge - This is a big win for me, Ive said in my previous review of another earbud i purchased regrettably. You cant really give any review or consider a product quality when you cant get a legitimate charge to your earbuds. I don't care how fancy it looks or is built. No charge or issues charging the earbuds is non-starter automatic 1 star product in my opinion. Life P2 blows away the competition. They secure in the case They offer a legitimate charge, and when you automatically remove the buds from the case and add to your ear it tell you if the charge is high or low or will die out. This is a great feature to have. The case gives a solid quick charge in 15 mins for at least an hour. And you get a solid 2 hrs+ on your buds which is huge. It's a legitimate 2+ hrs. I think its more cause i haven't been in a situation that warrants keeping the buds for that long a period but knowing that is a bonus. Sound Quality- Best in the business as far as Im concerned. Solid on the lows/mids and bass has the kind of punch i like to hear when Im zoning. Im sure people will lean on Beats or Earpods, SkullCandy or Jabras but Life P2 can run with the big dogs no question here. Overall- This is as a good an earbuds as i have seen or listened with and it blows my mind how much i spent for these. i have already gotten my moneys worth on these earbuds. You will not be disappointed with these earbuds if you get them. These are a great all-purpose earbuds that will work to accommodate all aspects of your lifestyle and still provide a quality brand and feel your looking for especially if image/look is your thing.

3.5 stars, subpar mic for conversation/conference calls, decent sound for listening.
Edit 1/25/2021: Anker is amazing, 10/10 for Anker customer service! A representative reached out to me and sent me a new replacement set, I want to say that this certainly makes me want to continue to support and look out for upcoming Anker products as they stand behind their customers! I've added another star for the product, Anker's customer service is really topnotch! -------------------- These run in a polar opposite direction for the 2 specific tasks it's supposed to accomplish: 1. Phone calls/conversations/mic use-age 2. Listening to music/podcasts For phone calls(which is mainly why I bought them for, hands free/wire free long duration conference calls), these are subpar to inferior. The other party/person mentions how I sound distanced from the mic and not very clear, almost like I'm in a hall way on speakerphone standing several feet away. I also tested them by letting someone use them while I listened on their phone and can confirm what it sounds like, which is disappointing. There's a slight echo, like you're in a bathroom/hallway, and you sound distanced from the mic and it's not very loud nor clear which is frustrating. For listening to music, these are pretty impressive, in fact, I'd give it a 3.5-4 out of 5 stars when it comes to rating the sound quality, especially for the price point(I realize they don't compare to some amazing higher end earbuds in detail, clarity, or bass... but these are reminiscent of older decent wired in earbuds I had..but I guess the bar really has been raised with some recent breakthrough technologies.) . Though I do not have many other wireless earpods to compare this with(I do have the Taotronics P95's, and the Soundcore Life P2 wins hands down), I do have some decent wired earpods to benchmark them as reference (namely the xiami piston 3's). Any how, the Soundcore P2's exhibit adequate listening for most purposes; crisp sound for podcasts/voice over, clear enough audio for music, and with balanced bass(after listening to some higher end earbuds, I now realize that the P2's don't compare, but the P2's do the job); great clarity in sound. So in short, horrible mic for phone calls/voice memo's, but good speakers for listening to music/vocals. Which is why I give this 3 stars. It's a shame though, I wish they could improve the Mic's for the next iteration, and then these would be an amazing pair of mid range earbuds that would excel in both intended purposes. -- Some additional notes, I tried hard to see if I could get the Mic to work better by angling them forward, downward, and in between to see if it would help, strangely enough I've found that angling them downwards gave me the better results but still subpar and wouldn't help the situation of poor mic capture. +As for battery life, I've only used them for a couple hours max(maybe 2-2.5 hours?) in a single session, so they last at least that long. +These fit quite well, like earplugs. They isolate the surroundings just like any sealed earplugs would, so be careful if you need to be aware of your surroundings as they seal well. I haven't exercised in these but I'm confident they would not fall out if you went jogging, at least for me and with the right fitment. +Pairing, on my iphone they show each earpiece individually and only connects to one but once that happens, they work as a pair.... however, on android it'll show up as a pair.... slight glitch on ios for my experience but in the end they still work as intended. I've also tried resetting them countless times as per instructions in the manual, but all in all, they work though they just don't show as a pair in ios.

Excellent price to performance ratio. Take the bad reviews with grain of salt, give these a try.
I bought two sets of these when they launched, before all the reviews were posted. My order was shipped to my mail forwarding address, and I finally received them today at my overseas DPO address, but I was a bit concerned for the last 3 weeks because of the falling average reviews. However, now I see that the low average might be the result of Anker actually being honest and not buying reviews, perhaps, or inflating them at the beginning to gather more sales. Looks like Anker did this honestly by selling the device at a discount at launch, which I applaud. Kudos, Anker. I'm not an audiophile, but an audio enthusiast. I can compare these to my Sennheiser PXC 550, and my wife's Sony WH1000XM2, both first tier wireless, over-ear noise cancelling headphones. I also currently own or owned a Sennheiser HD598, HD6xx, and Hifiman HD-4xx, powered by a dedicated USB DAC/AMP. And I use an LG G7 because it has a Quad-DAC to use with wired headphones, and although it doesn't matter here I wanted to let you know where I'm coming from. Before I get to the product review, just to be clear I'm not a die hard Anker fan. It's been mostly positive, but I've had a couple of Anker products die just outside of the warranty period so I've never been hesitant to try other brands. With that said, first off, the complaint about lack of bass is COMPLETELY unjustified. Using a bass frequency test, I found the bass didn't roll off until 32hz and it extends down to 25hz at a usable dB. Either other reviewers had really bad source materials or they didn't use the right size ear piece, or they had a faulty unit. It's actually too much bass for EDM, so I had to EQ it down quite a bit. One reviewer mentioned a V-shape curve, and although I didn't notice any over emphasized high frequencies, I have a feeling they tuned these for mass market appeal. You'll have to play with the EQ a bit to find the sound that you like. To me, the sound is acceptable. And for $45 I paid for these, that is a HUGE compliment. Why? Because looking at my Amazon purchase history, I've gone through no less than 4 different cable linked bluetooth earphones ranging from $20-$40, and they were all HORRIBLE. For a truly wireless earphones at this price range, the sound quality was a very pleasant surprise. They have different characteristics, but I would say they're comparable to the wired Sennheiser CX300 and better than the AKG tuned Samsung earbuds, but with too much bass. However, these Anker earphones are FAR more comfortable than both of the wired ones I own. Also, the build quality far exceeds other earphones at this price range. They feel premium, with a soft texture, even on the case. The case is small, well made, and charges via USB-C. Earphones fit well, and don't shift in my ear when I turn my head as the cable linked bluetooth earphones do. And unlike one reviewer's complaint, the earphones can get VERY loud, and with the right fit and no sound leakage, you're just asking for ear damage at high volumes. I chose this model because 1. these were just released with the newest tech, such as aptX, 2. active noise cancelling, 3. longer battery life from the stem design, and 4. IPx7. These will be my everyday earphones for commute, with the bigger headphones reserved for long flights. TLDR: I have some experience with audio. I bought two sets, for me and my wife, and we both love them. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt - these earphones are comfortable, have a lot of bass (too much without EQ), sound quality is acceptable at this price point (a compliment), and the build quality is excellent. These are definitely worth the $60 normal price, though I feel fortunate to have picked them up with the launch discount. If my experience changes after using them for a while, I'll come back and edit the review.

Had to Send Back because of Static Issues and Microphone Complaints.
I had to send back because I had a weird static issue in the one earbud and people complained about the microphone quality. Based off of other reviews, I think I just got a bad set of the Ankers. Bottom line: I was disappointed in these, compared to my other two sets of earbuds. There are better "true wireless" earbuds out there, even for the price. Below is a review based on the three sets earbuds that I have (or have tried for extended periods). The three sets include: these Aukey earbuds, Anker's Soundcore Life P2, and Sony's WF-1000XM3. Of the three, Aukey is by far the easiest to carry around, due to the case size, and is far cheaper than the rest. I use the my Aukey's for my work-phone calls, and while doing messy projects, while my Sony's for relaxing and listening to high quality music, and for personal phone calls. I used to use the Ankers for work phone calls, until I returned them. I tried not to let the probable defects interfere with my judgement... to a point. Price: 1. Aukey ($25); 2. Anker ($50); 3. Sony ($225)... Big difference between Sony and the competition. Aukey is 1/2 the price of Anker, and 1/9th the price of Sony. Sound: 1. Sony; 2a. Aukey; 2b. Anker... Sony is the clear winner, but for the price, it better be. Sony's pack an incredible sound in such a small device. Anker and Aukey have very similar sound, but the Anker set I had a little bit of a static issue when my phone got close within a few feet from the earbuds. Case Size: 1. Aukey; 2. Anker; 3. Sony. See pics. Substantial difference between these three. Aukey is by far the smallest case, and so much easier to carry around in your pocket. Sony on the other hand is nearly too big to carry around. Battery: 1. Anker (7 hrs - case 40 hrs); 2. Sony (6 hrs - case 32 hrs); 3. Aukey (5 hrs case - 25 hrs). This makes sense based off of build and case size (see above). Physical Build: 1. Sony; 2. Anker; 3. Aukey. Sony's feel really well made, while Aukey feels really light and cheap. Anker is somewhere in between. Don't let the light and cheap feel of Aukey fool you though! Noise Cancellation: 1. Sony (active); 2a. Aukey (passive); 2b. Anker (passive). All do a surprisingly good job at noise cancellation (NC); though Sony, with active NC, is the clear winner. Microphone: 1a. Aukey; 1b. Sony; 3. Anker. I got lot of complaints with the Anker set. Anker is supposed to have really good microphones though, so I'm thinking I might've just got a bad set. If you found this review helpful, please like it, so other people can find it easier.

As someone who beats up their electronics....
I've had these for a few years, like 3ish, and I've beaten them up and they still work great. I only got the thin af rubber case so it doesn't slide around on my desk/on a table, so when I say "beaten up" I really mean it. I've dropped it on every surface you can think of, concrete, linoleum, stones, pavement etc. Wet and dry, a full blown puddle (granted I fished it out immediately), accidentally tossed it when trying to catch it and effectively throwing it against walls and lockers because I suck. So far the only thing that happened is it'll need a little help connecting (but that could be the fact my phone is pretty old I'll get to that), and the little light on the case that lights up when it's charging doesn't come up, but hey it still charges lol Speaking of charge, it really holds a charge. I'll listen with one bud at a time and it lasts me a good 7 hours before I switch to the other bud. That's on a continuous stream bc the only real time I use these are when I'm at work and need some noise. I gave the sound quality 4 because I feel there is a step between no sound and low sound missing. Noise cancellation is also a 4 just because there isn't a smaller rubber piece to exchange out so it doesn't fit well enough in my ear to do so, but as someone who wears these while working, that's great so I can still sort of hear around me but I know some of the people reading this might care. Other than that, I've answered calls on this and I can hear the other person pretty good and no one else has had trouble understanding/hearing me on the built-in mic. There is an issue I've run into recently where it won't auto connect with my phone, but then again I have a samsung galaxy s8, so it could just be my phone or the amount of times I've abused the set and had the buds go flying out of the case. I've never worn the set together as I try to keep an ear open and the music relegated to background noise. All I've had to do is check my connection settings and just tap it to connect. This issue is mainly for the left bud, the right one is fine. So overall, if you're not real worried about some of the things I've said then yeah this is a great pair for the price.

I love these. They are versital, simple, well priced and great for my active job.
I work an active job, which includes being on the phone, while working. I don't listen to music that much, but use these to talk on phone, all day, everyday, sometimes twelve hours or more. These were my first earbud type bluetooth. I've always stuck with the over the ear type. I have grown to love these, because they are simple, durable, dependable and not only can I hear the phone call, but no matter what I'm doing, the other end of the call hears me. You can use either of the buds separately or both. I generally use one at a time, so I always have a backup(which I rarely need) and can hear noncall voices/sounds. The battery life is awesome. I haven't ran the box out yet and only charge it every other day. They are waterproof. I've used them in downpours and in the shower. They are durable. I've dropped them countless times, wiped them off and kept going. I USE THESE ALL DAY EVERYDAY! So, even though I love this product, I must be fair and mention the downsides.... These types of earbuds take getting used to, because they actually hold/fit inside your ear. It took a minute for me to get comfortable with the pressure, the ear suction, to hold them in place. I did change the size of the rubber piece (included), for better fit, but if never used before, it takes some getting used to(kinda a pressure thing). They have fallen out, due to sweat or especially when chewing, several times. I don't like when they are in, you can't hear the outside world very good, hence why I only use one at a time. These aren't deemed as ear plugs, but they could easily be used, in a loud environment, to block out loudness. As far as call quality, the only thing that I've found to effect the way others hear me, is blowing wind. Not just a breeze, but a windy day(direct flow) can effect how the other end hears your voice. If you have a fan blowing in your face, these might not be the best for you. Tip: Always keep these clean, if dropped, be sure to wipe them off properly. These go in the entry to your ear canal, which could lead to problems. Since I usually use one at a time, I just switch until I can clean the other one. I've not used many of these type bluetooth. When choosing, I wanted quality, mid priced buds. You can get ear buds for fifteen bucks, but I've been on the other side of those phone calls, which sounded echo/feedback and just wanted to get off the phone because the noises were terrible. Anker has been dependable in my experience. So I researched and found these. Based on my knowledge of these type earbuds, these kick *##! I unfortunately am on here writing this review, because I had to look up my past orders, to purchase another set. I either lost them or someone stole them. Good luck and hope this helps your decision.

Great Wireless Earbuds for the Price
I wanted to share my experience with the Soundcore Life P2 Total-Wireles Headphones. First of all, my overall rating of these would have to be a **4 out of 5 stars**. I will explain why I gave them 4 out of 5 a little later on. Let me start off with saying that I am a big Apple Fan. I had the Gen 1 Apple AirPods before getting the Life P2. I know there are a lot of reviews out there that like to compare the AirPods to these (Looking at Amazon). Here is what I've tested them with: iPhone 11 Mid 2012 MacBook Pro **iPhone 11** While reading reviews before deciding to buy these earbuds, I saw a few that said they do not work with the iPhone 11. I can say they do, since the iPhone 11 is the primary device I use the Life P2 with. **MacBook Pro** I've connected the Life P2 to my Mid 2012 MacBook Pro. They had no problem connecting to the MacBook Pro. I did try using them with a phone call and a Zoom Meeting, but I could not get the mic to work. I ended up using the built in mic with the computer and the sound through the earbuds. I tried to go into the settings and turn the mic volume in up all the way, but the person on the other end could not hear me. I've read some reviews that mention the same problem. **Battery** I am a web application developer and I like to listen to music while developing. It is important that my headphones can last. My Gen 1 Apple AirPods would not last, I had to keep switching earbuds throughout my day. The Soundcore Life P2 last my entire day. Typically I pop them in my ear(s) around 5am when my day starts, take them out at lunch and then they are back in my ear(s) until I go home. Typically I have to charge my case about every week to week and a half. I have not used them until they die, but I do check the battery level all the time on my phone, and am always surprised at the level. They truly have a 7 hour battery life. I typically take a walk in the morning and will talk to family members on the phone while walking. My walk typically lasts anywhere between 45min to an hour. When I get back, the battery level is still at about 99%. With my Gen 1 AirPods, after a hour long phone call, they are usually around 70-80%. **Sound** The Sound on these are awesome. For the price they can't be beat. They have great range and bass. I usually listen at a decent level. My iPhone tells me when I am listing to something too loud so they are about medium volume. I don't have to struggle to hear the music, overall comfort listening level. Here is where I deducted 1/2 a star. The Life P2 comes with 5 rubber ear tips, they range in size from XS to XL. I have tried all of them and settled on the L that came on the earbuds originally. They are the ones that stay in my ear best, and provide the best sound. My issue is that all of these tips fit great at first, but when they start to warm up, they slide out of my ear. They have not fallen out of my ear yet, but they slide out just enough that the bass drops out. I had to constantly push them back in my ear. During my walk I would have to push them back in about every 2-3 minutes. This became very annoying and irritating. I did contact customer support and they sent me out 2 pairs of foam tips. I was told they were XXS and XXL, as they were the only ones they had in stock to send to me. I did get the XXS and they actually fell out of my ears. Where are supposed to be the XXL tips I think are actually the Large (maybe medium). They do work the best and it takes longer for them to slide out of my ear, but they still do. I find myself pushing them in my ear during my walks about every 15 minutes). **Call Quality / Noise cancelation** I have no problem hearing the person on the other side, and I've asked the receiver how I sound, they have all said that I sound just fine. No sound distortion or anything. They do a pretty good job canceling out the background noise. I've only had once instance that the ear buds pick up the background noise instead of me. That is when I walk past a house that always have dogs barking. I have to wait until I pass that house before the other person can hear me. The ear buds actually picked up the dogs, and canceled me out. There are times the ear buds tend to go in and out during phone calls. This only happens during phone calls and not listening to music. There are some times that it sounds like someone is turning the volume up and down, both speaker and mic. The other person says it sounds like the same thing. Someone is turning the sound off and on. This happens about 1 in 10 phone calls (I took 1/2 a start for this). I've had another Bluetooth headset that did this too, but a lot more. Hopefully this is just a software glitch and can be resolved with a update (but I am not sure one which end ... the phone ... or the ear buds). It will usually resolve itself in about a minute or two, or I can go in and redirect the audio back to my phone, and then back to the ear buds to resolve it (typically). **YouTube / Games / Lag** While researching the ear buds I found a few reviews that said there was a considerable amount of lag when watching YouTube videos and playing games. I have not found this to be an issue. I've watched plenty of YouTube videos and the mouth and sound match up. Maybe a YouTube glitch at the time?? As for the games, I play Call of Duty Mobile on my phone and have no issues. In fact, I typically only play with the earbuds as they help me hear the people trying to sneak up behind me. **Pros and Cons** *Pros* - 7+ hour battery life - 40+ hour battery life with the case - Passive noise cancelation - Fits snug and close to your cheek - Great Sound - Ear tips help cut down outside noise *Cons* - The case is a little bulky when in your pocket, but that would reduce the battery life of the case if it was smaller - The ear tips don't fit that well (for me) and tend to loose sound quality when they have "slid" partially out - No Active Noise cancelation - No in ear detection to pause the music when the ear bud is taken out of the ear - Pressing just the button on the ear bud causes the bud to be pushed into the ear which causes pain **Overall** I still would recommend these Bluetooth ear buds to everyone. I do enjoy them a lot, and think they are a steal at $49 (What I paid for them on Amazon). If the rubber tips that come with them don't work for you, I would suggest some foam tip ones.
