Very useful, try to take this every other day except when in my time of month (rest days) … use it to maintain/enhance my femininity as a biological women, sometimes when cortisol is on the rise my estrogen takes a hit, notice when it’s low tend to be more irritable and less graceful to put it nicely, taking this has helped a lot with that, I’m sweeter, more light hearted, playful and feminine.

I'm a pre-HRT trans mtf male, looking to jump start my breast growth. The medical community generally pooh-poohs phytoestrogens as a viable means of increasing breast size, so my expectations weren't high. I'm really happy to report that using Pueraria Miraifica in conjunction with another similar product offered by Amazon has yielded great results! After about 45 days, I can report breast growth of 2-1/2 in. My breasts are significantly firmer and the skin is noticeably smoother (as well as on other areas on my body). I haven't measured my hips but I can see my butt and thighs growing as well. During this period my body weight remainesstable. I intend to continue with these products. UPDATE (3/25/2026): After another month, another 3/4" increase in breast size has been realized, with a nice curvature, firmness, and some noticeable cleavage beginning. Overall, skin feels smoother on all parts of my body, but what I was surprised to see was explosive growth in my thighs and butt!
