Very grippy playing surface makes controlling the ball easy. Not very lively though, takes a bit more force than what I have been used to. Made it easier for beginners for sure.

I'm not a avid table tennis player, but if you're looking for a paddle to replace those garbage sportcraft paddles that you might have, this one is worth a look at.Being in the military, table tennis, is a great way to pass the time when you have nothing else to do. Most places end up having cheapo paddles. I bought this to have a chance against the avid players I've come across in my years of being in. But I'm not going to spend more than $30 for a paddle that I will use once in a while.The price is right, and the quality is great. It creates great spin on the ball, just like the $50+ paddles out there.No complaints here.

The den in my dorm has a ping pong table in it and I wanted something better than the three dollar paddles that everyone used. This worked a lot better. The stickiness starts to wear off after a few weeks a little bit, but it's always been better than the junky one's. The case is also a nice plus.

The wood blade is cheap. You can hear the wood sound when hitting at middle of paddle.

I was hoping for a paddle slightly better than what I'd find at a sporting goods store and this is. And, it was cheaper than anything I could find! I like that it comes with a case. Its a bit heavier than what I'm used to, but I have a lot more control and accuracy.

this rackett is good to start with you have the ability to keep the game in your favor with the stickness of the pad you can also change the direction of the ball very quickly if your just getting started the price is right and it will last you a long time with care

Nice weight, good feel. We found the handle to be a little scratchy. Didn't love that. I liked that it had a cover. Works much better than the cheap $5 paddles that came with the table tennis set. If nothing else, my husband feels like a pro when playing with this paddle, even if he doesn't play like one.

I would recommend this to an amateur player who loves playing ping pong. The pad is sticky enough for you to get a decent curve. Also comes with a cover so that dust doesn't get all over it. Good value.
