...but now the store I found it at doesn't seem to carry them anymore. I had bought several sizes of this lovely notebook, which in this larger version has twelve graph paper grid sections, die-cut like manila file folders, in 4 pastel colors, repeated 3 times (see first 3 photos). I bought them just because they were beautiful; I knew they were useful but I didn't yet know what I would use them for. In 2023 I found a use. I had major surgery and had a lot of medications to keep track of. I wanted to record the times I had to take them, map out the days, etc. The schedules of my medications varied quite a bit. A piece of paper was not going to do it! I turned to my smaller (about 4x7) 8-section 48-sheet Clairefontaine (last photo), and voila! my problem was solved--I just had to flip to the section, enter the time I took my medication, and I had all my records in one place. Even though I'm down to one medication daily, I still use this small one to record that and my daily vitamin intake. The grid is on both sides of each sheet, so actually I had 96 pages to write on. I really wanted to buy another 4x7, but couldn't find one. So I bought the 7x9 60-sheet size. I will probably use it for my upcoming writing class, which lasts 10 weeks. This one has 12 sections, so I'll have 2 extra sections for critiques, comments and ideas! Though seemingly pricey, these notebooks are really akin to a portable filing cabinet--no thicker than a 1/4," they can be stowed easily in a purse or tote. Mine arrived before the estimated delivery, and in perfect condition too. P.S.they're designed and made in France--not surprising that they combine form with function perfectly. I also could see using as a well-organized sketchbook for ideas, projects, or just to capture something beautiful.

Used to get Clairefontaine notebooks years ago. Love the quality of the paper, the grid lines, the color dividing sections. Hadn't seen them anywhere and decided to look them up on Amazon. So glad I found them! Happy customer here. :-)

I bought this book over two years ago when I started court reporting school. I needed a way to keep track of all the words and phrases I was learning. I use it alphabetically, with two letters of the alphabet for each tab. It is very sturdy, and none of the perforated pages have ripped out. Now I use it to keep track of all the phonetic sounds, prefixes, suffixes, briefs, and phrases. The tabs make it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for.

I needed 12 subjects this is the only option I found, good stuff.

I am obsessed with this notebook!!! I love the French lined pages- which is a new style to me, I received a Clairefontaine notebook in my Scribe delivery subscription box & immediately fell in love & searches for more on amazon. This notebook in particular is awesome, my only complaint is that each subject section doesn’t seem to have many pages, but if the page count were tripled or more, I’d give 10 stars!

These are very expensive but really changed my life at work. I’ve used the large version for my core projects and I have a smaller version for my secondary duties that don’t require as much of my attention. I’m usually moving very quickly. So sometimes I can misplace notes or key information. This has really helped me keep it all together and organized, a game changer.

I love this pad. I use it for work as a 'To Do' journal. Keeps me organized and I love the colors and the tabs. I first discovered this pad when I was in Brazil at a meeting. A smaller pad was given to the participants of the meeting. Coming back home I wanted to find this brand. Lo and behold I found it on AMAZON.com. I don't have to worry anymore. When I need more I know that Amazon will have it.

Even though the grid was a new one for me and not clear to me in the online description, I love these notebooks and am so happy to find them on AMZN. I used to get them at my local stationary store in NYC and had just deployed the last of my "reserves" when I thought to check to see if I could find them online. BRAVO and so glad to have them.
