I have made quite a few purchases in my time but I have to stress that THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PURCHASES EVER!!! I love to make soup and have family over so whenever we have a gathering, soup is generally served at some point. What I love about this soup pot is the amount it holds, the adjustable heat settings, the way it cleans up and the CONVENIENCE!!! In the past I had crock pots and they serve the purpose but what I love about this pot is the lid just lifts up and I don't have to worry about where to put the cover when I scoop or where to put the ladle. It all conveniently stays all together, minimizing my clean up. I look for excuses, now, to make soup =) It is a professional grade quality. If you like to serve soup to large crowds I would HIGHLY recommend this product. It is one of my FAVORITE PURCHASES of all time!!!

CHILI SPILL - Product is unstable to transport. It only has 3 feet instead of 4. Smart move engineering dept!!! Be sure the kettle is supported on ALL sides when transporting. I made a gentle left turn out of my driveway and had a pretty heavy box to support the turn. NOT! I'd like to know who sold the 3 feet design. The next thing you know they will start making chairs with 3 legs. SMH

We recently opened a specialty market and purchased two of these to serve hot soup throughout the day. Right away we noticed that one worked perfectly, while the other seemed to run too hot even on the lowest setting. We contacted customer service and they resolved the issue immediately by offering to send a replacement. With service like that, there’s no reason for us to shop anywhere else. We’re extremely happy with the purchase. These are used five days a week in a very busy store, and they’ve become an important part of our daily operations. Highly Recommend!

This soup warmer was exactly what I was looking for. It holds the perfect amount of soup to feed 20 people for a soup and sandwich lunch. I loved it so much, I bought TWO, and am going to buy a third! I love that condensation from the lid drains back into the pot, so no mess on my buffet. I also love the fact that you need to add a small amount of water into the base before you place the soup pan in. This keeps the soup from overcooking and sticking on the bottom. There is also a magnetic bracket that you can slide a little card into, to label the soup for your guests. (Note: I ordered one where this was missing, so I returned it for a replacement.) Even with that slight hiccup, it was a pretty good experience. Definitely a great purchase. I’m a happy customer!

Took to our NHS local centre where the doctors and nurses were vaccinating outside ALL DAY in the freezing cold. They now have hot soup taken to them every vaccine day - and this machine keeps it warm. Very useful!
