Skyworth E20300 40-Inch 1080P Full HD Smart TV, LED Android TV with Voice Remote

It got the 40 " in 1080 p, The picture is really good for running high definition video1080p or 4 k has been a good experience and the sound is great I have been using the Kodi app that is preinstalled on the device with a large selection of high definition video there are files in 4k, 1080p, 720p or standard h d, it has a built-in sound amplifier available to use with movies and it is like there is a soundbar built-in, definitely fills the room with sound. The chrome cast and google assistant are functioning well and give you many apps with tons of video, music, and tv including live tv for free. You definitely do not need to have cable with this TV. I have cable but with the preloaded stuff, I never make to the cable at all. It has the Pluto TV app that gives all your live and local tv with a large selection of on-demand movies and binge watch tv shows and many other apps that work with you cable tv like HBO now, TNT, CBS, and Fox ect and when you go to the home screen it shows a large selection of movies, TV shows, and music that is shown in thumbnails based on your preferences and are available for you to watch. It has an app for all your smart home devices like your doorbell camera that works well with wifi and many other very cool applications. The google assistant gives you access to many things, just say google what's the weather today, check my calendar, easy recipe for roast beef using a slow cooker, how tall is Sharon Stone, or play some smooth jazz and it gives you a list of all your favorites. I have give it 5 stars after having it for a month I have been happy with the performance its been a good experience.

This is an update. The TV arrived in perfect condition. It works very well especially for being a low cost television. So far I have not had any problems streaming movies. I now rate it as a five. The screen was cracked when I removed it from the box. I ordered a replacement. I hope the replacement is not broken. But judging from some of the comments I am not hopeful. The padding is insufficient. I will update the review if/when I receive a working unit.

i LOVE IT! My only problem is with the sound, but it is adequate. The picture is better than my living room T.V. which is not an android and has no Bluetooth. And the features work well.

the picture is very clean and crisp. i have the 40 inch model. i read some reviews about sound issues, i had none of that. sound is great, adjustment increments are just fine. i love how easy access everything is. i was able to pair my Bluetooth lg stereo to the TV for better sound when watching you-tube or such, which is really nice. i also like that the tv speakers are muted when i have the stereo on, and i can control stereo volume with the TV remote. a lot of TV's even super high end ones don't offer this. over all i am very happy with my purchase. i look forward to more high quality things from Skyworth at a great price. i'm thinking about grabbing a 32 for my bedroom.

I was so excited by what I thought was a really great deal on a tv and maybe I just got the lemon but this tv is terrible. It only works half of the time. I generally have to unplug it from the wall and plug it back in to get it to turn on. It won’t recognize the WiFi most days, even when the Roku that is attached has great signal. The OS is very slow, it lags a lot! I’ll click a button 3 times to get it to move 1, then it jumps up 4. It flashes this really bright blue screen when it tries to switch to the Roku. And it does a really bright white screen before it will go to screensaver. The picture quality is great, sound also great. If the tv would just WORK then it would be a great tv. But no. I have to fight for every move on this thing. I wish I could return it.

My skyworth was so easy to set up. The apps from my phone transferred to tv seamlessly. The legs were not wobbly as others reported. The only negative is that it appears to need to be rebooted. At first I thought my batteries were dead. It just needed to be turned off at mains and then booted up again like a computer. I have a firestick on another tv but I like chromecast with google so much better. Great buy!

I felt this was great for the price and the picture quality is comparable to my Samsung Smart TV. I love that it uses Chrome so when I synced my email most all of my information for apps like Netflix and my google apps were automatically signed in, and you can download other streaming/TV apps and music as well. I use Google Play Music over Pandora or Spotify which is why I chose this TV specifically. I freaking love it. But, the first order I recieved it seemed like the top part of the TV wasn't properly bent down enough to cover the top part of the screen, leaving a noticeable showing of backlight. The TV worked perfectly, just a cosmetic detail I was unhappy with. I requested a return and replacement, they immediately ordered my replacement and Amazon emailed me the free return shipping information, within 10 days I received the replacement and it was perfect :) I'll probably be using this over my Samsung more often than not.

The seller is amazing and got it out to us quickly. The television itself is big and visually works fantastic. The TV itself is android based which in theory is amazing. My issue with it is that the interface is highly flawed. The television had a really had time connecting to the internet wirelessly. Running the Hulu app through the television directly is nearly impossible. When you do try to do it, it's too powerful for the television and the TV will shut off. Also, the remote has a voice function to be able to speak to control the TV, which has never worked once. I recommend if you decide to purchase this TV and you have a Hulu subscription, make sure you have a Roku or Amazon Fire TV Stick that you can connect to the TV, this will allow you to easily stay connected to the internet and it also allows you to watch Hulu since it processes the connection so the TV doesn't have to, and it works like a dream.

Great picture. Love how I can put all oak tv apps on a USB and install them on the tv. Great buy.

Although the TV has WiFi, it is only used for internet connection by Android rather than for Miracast/WiDi. Besides, it doesn't come with a HDMI cable. Therefore, if you want to use the TV as a PC monitor, it won't work out of the box. I also noticed some minor flaws, some of which are mentioned by other reviewers: 1. Volume too loud even in lowest setting 2. Remote control sensor is fragile b/c it is protruding below the bezel 3. Chromecast sucks - mouse is lagging and picture quality is low

Setup the Skyworth 40”TV took minutes the Android quickly recognized my Google account. Was able to do the quickly using my iPhone. All my streaming services that are associated with Google were updated. Nice remote easy to use. It’s definitely better than the TV I was using. Easily attached the VESA wall mount. People who complained about the volume settings being loud I have not noticed any issues with volume control. The price point of this TV I am likely to buy one for the RV. I will review this TV again after having it for a while but so far it has not disappointed.

Good video, loving the android OS. Sounds like garbage - needs to be cranked up to hear conversation, but all other sounds are too loud. Some sound blends into noise. Tried the volume leveler feature... too laggy to be of any use. Recommend external soundbar. Unit is quite deep/thick to accommodate sound hardware I think- waste of space.

Very good quality, it gets slow if you download a lot of apps. But in general it's worth every cent.
