Bought to replace one that son-in-law swung on and broke. Seems quite sturdy and looks good. Easy to attach to the outside wall and is a good size for adults and children alike.

Bought this to replace a backboard on one of those water filled and moveable basketball stands, so I knew that I would probably need to modify this for that purpose. It’s a good quality hoop and net. The backboard is plastic and because it’s “hollow” it’s clearly meant to be attached to a solid wall rather than a pole, but even so I would still think that it’s hollow plastic nature would take some of the bounce / rebound out of the ball when hitting it. I made a wooden backing that I then affixed this board to that gave it some rigidity and then the fixing itself could be modified to attach to our existing stand. Kids got a lot of use out of it this summer and to be fair, the backboard and hoop look pretty good. Reasonable value for money I’d say, especially to get the kids outdoors for a bit. Just be mindful that the board itself is lightweight and hollow, so unless strengthened on the back or fixed to a solid surface like a wall (as intended) it’s likely to bend at a fixing point fairly quickly.

Easy to put up and seems good so far

The hoop came away from the backboard in a single day. The back board is flimsy plastic. Absolutely not worth the money.

Backboard is quite flimsy the bottom bounces a lot when ball hits net making a loud noice on side of house.

. My grandson is 18yrs old and has been a double amputee since the age of 8yrs. He is in the junior GB Paralympic basket ball team and not being able to practice has really pulled him down. He lives in London. I needed to find a good quality hoop the correct size as the ones he would normally practice on. He is very happy with it and is now able to practice to get his fitness back up. Thank you
