This dictionary is the perfect skill to study english phonetic and phonology in a didactic way and studying by yourselves at home.

Poor product description -- Windows only CD-ROM
Bought the paperback version with CD ROM. Received it promptly this morning. However, I was massively disappointed to find that the CD ROM is for Windows users only. This issue was raised by a reviewer in July 2009 on the 17th Edition. The product description for the 18th Edition is still not pointing out that the CD ROM is Windows only and useless for Mac users. This is a disappointment, given that the paperback version without CD ROM is £4 cheaper.

I received the book promptly, but its condition was poor. The front cover had a noticeable bend, making it unsuitable as a gift.
