That is a heavy ball for the size of it. It is easy to use, non slippery and looks like it is made to last. My husband hurt his back and after physical therapy, he was sent home with a list of exercises, one of which was the use of a weighted ball. This item fits the bill and easy to use and handle.

Nice to use. I bought this for my recovery from rotator cuff repair surgery. I roll it up the wall. It has nice weight. It's mushy enough to hold on to . I would recommend them. They feel like they are loaded with sand.

I purchased these for children's fitness workouts, and there are countless exercises you can do with these. The sand gets evenly distributed and you can feel the quality with every grasp. These were a fun choice, glad I went with these !

This is what I am looking for. My previous one broke after using it for couple years. Finally found this one for replacement. It is well built. Material is soft. Good size for my need. Recommend this brand.

Love it! I use it just sitting in the couch watching a movie, my grip and wrists have got way stronger using this. I just hold it and throw it up doing reverse grip and grab with other hand and do this for like 5 mins. Perfect to strengthen hands and forearms.

Perfect in every way! I didn't have to blow air into the ball, so I think it will hold in hot temperatures (i.e., 85 degrees consistently, but never in the sun).
