e.l.f. Acne-Fighting Foundation Full-Coverage Formula, Beige, 1.21 fl. oz.

I bought this for my daughter who has some acne problems. I also bought the blemish control primer for her and the combo made her skin look absolutely flawless. She does have really great skin aside from her mild acne, just a bit of redness, but otherwise virtually pore less (so lucky!) it evened out her skin tone and lessened the appearance of her acne. We just tried it briefly, but I will be back with an update and pics when she wears it for a longer amount of time. I'm thinking about buying some myself! I don't have acne, a few breakouts now and then, but with the way it worked for her, I'm tempted to try some for myself!

Wow!! Where has this been for the past 34 years of my life lol!! I have an autoimmune that causes me to have breakouts like a teen and this is heaven sent!! I was nervous about the color, but it matched perfectly. I normally wear Nude in their flawless satin foundation and this matched just like that. I love it so much that after my first application I immediately bought another lol...this stuff is perfect if you want to just wear a little something to look alive and even🤣, I do that with just one light coat. Yet it's buildable so if you add a little more, it hids every imperfection without making you look fake. It can leave a glowy finish as well as a matter finish. Just depends on how you apply (ie fingers, beauty blender or brush) and if you add primer and setting powder/spray. See me, I don't do any of that stuff, I just put it on lol and I know a product is good when it gives good coverage with just your fingers, then when I use my beauty blender it just gets even better!! My 16 year old loves doing the whole nine..primer, concealer, setting powder and with this foundation, it comes out perfect, not cakey or uneven at all. And for days she's lazy and just wants to look flawless without all the work she just applies it as is... I could go on and on here!! But the whole point of this review is, whether you want this for just a little somethin somethin, a lot of somethin somethin, applying with fingers or a blenders...this stuff is awesome!!!! S/N For this color I'm a Sicilian American, so I have darker features (black hair, dark eyes) I have yellow undertones, I look better in Gold jewelry, I tan when in the sun...but I'm not very dark...I usually wear 220 (Maybelline fit me) and 240 ( Covergirl Simply Ageless 3 in 1 **my fav before this**) Both of them are Natural Beige My daughter is a little (very little) darker than 220/240 colors, but this Beige actually matches her perfectly too. She wears the Nude in the Elf foundation as well. **I'm just writing this because I know it's very hard to shade match online.. **I will update in a month or so to see if my feeling are still the same

The only bad thing about this product is its tones limit. For the price, this is an excellent product. I like that it looks like a second skin, it's matte, but doesn't make your skin looks dry (this depends if you hydrate before). You can get a soft-medium coverage. It looks great with brush, blender and your fingers! Also, I don't have breakdowns on skin because of usage.

This has the best coverage for me! I wanted some makeup that could cover pretty well without people noticing I had makeup and thus, I somehow stumbled upon this product! Needless to say, it's great! I don't know if it prevents acne but, it definitely doesn't give you any new ones. Overall, nice product. The price is probably one if not, the best thing about it XD. I also was able to buy this product at my local Target in case anyone's wondering if they can find one locally. :)

Per my dermatologist's recommendation, I wore mineral powder makeup for years because I have adult cystic acne. The mineral makeup always bothered me if it was hot. IE... my face itched. Recently, my face started to itch in my nice air conditioned work environment. I have such sensitive skin that I wash my face the second I walk in the door from work. So, I decided to experiment. A quick google search discovered a blog that recommended elf. I normally wear light beige. I ordered beige and porcelain. I wear the porcelain all day without my skin getting irritated. The coverage is awesome. It covers my scars well.

Not the best, but for the price it is worth trying. The color selection for this foundation is terrible. If it weren't for that issue, I think I would like it a bit more. I don't even have a difficult skin color to match-this is the first time I haven't been able to find a foundation in my color. For a while I would mix this color with the color "sand," but even that wasn't a great match. When you first put it on, it it completely matte, but after about an hour, I would start to get oily. This foundation transfers terribly. Usually when I wear my sunglasses with other foundations, there will be a little bit of makeup on the nose part. But when I wear this foundation, makeup would be all over the sunglasses; the top, the nose, and the bottom. Whenever I touch my face the makeup will transfer onto my hand as well. It also exaggerates my pores. I didn't think it was so bad when I first started wearing it, but after about a month I began to dislike it more and more. The only reason I used it for as long as I did was because it didn't break me out. So if you are able to find your color, I think this is a product worth trying if you have acne prone skin. It's just not for me.

My favorite foundation. Bc it's acne fighting, my skin stays clear. It is great for oily skin. Or combination skin. I use this bc I have oily skin. It keeps me from getting too oily. I pair it with a matte powder and it stays pretty much all day. I have ordered about 6 times now and will keep ordering. The quality is on point and price is low

this has become my new favorite foundation. it is really like a light-medium coverage but it’s easily buildable because of the lightness, it’s not too thick so it never feels cakey. for the price, it really can not be beat. i’ve tried high ends foundations and i honestly like this elf one so much better!

I think this has the highest coverage for a non-maskne (acne due to mask wearing) product. Just too bad although I am far east asian but the beige is way too dark for me... its more like brown. I would wanna buy another one but in a fairer tone. So far I used it a few days long hours in mask talking a lot and I did not have any acne. Previously I was often getting clogged pores and huge acne. Now this is great! :)

I would rate it 4 stars. It does what it says but it's not long lasting. Also doesn't look much natural. I ordered beige shade and it was quite dark for my complexion. It hides the scars well. Also my skin didn't break after applying. I would only recommend it to those who are having alot of scars and acne mark problem. As this thing hides the marks well. Won't order it again if my skin marks goes away.
