I've used this hotpot several times now and love it! I purchased 2 thinking that 1 can be for the kids and one can be for the adults. Or one spicy and 1 non-spicy hotpot. The hotpot portion does not get hot on the outside when heated. We have only used 1 and it's perfect for 2 adults and 2 young kids. It heats up pretty quickly. It's quite easy to adjust the knob. If you need more heat, turn until it lights up, once it's heated to that temperature, then the light on the knob goes off (that does not mean it shuts off); it tries to maintain the temperature and when you add more food (cools down the pot) you would need to turn the knob again so it lights up to heat up again. The grill works the same way, you just use the grill plate instead of the pot. After a few tries of adjusting the knob, you should get the hang of how to use it to control the temperature. You can burn yourself on the grill if not careful, you would have to place your hand pretty low to do that. This was the safest (not easily knocked over and no flames to worry about) hotpot and aesthetically pleasing that I found. I have a 6 year that will figure out a way to knock things over or burn something, but not on purpose. I did a lot of research!

We have been using it for just only a week so far and we love it! Perfect for a family of 4 or less. We haven’t tried the grill ‘cause we love hotpot more. I hope it will do a great job for many many good meals in a future. It’s easy to use and clean, almost no steam, doesn’t smell bad in a kitchen after, looks cute and doesn’t take much space. Stainless steel bowl is the best cause I think it’s the safest option on a market

This was so cute and worked very well! It looked great on my table. The light colored wood accents really are cute! Easily made enough for 4 people. Got hot wuickly and stayed warm thru the meal. Have not yet tried the grill.

Worked good. Perfect for small group or family. Would have been nice to have a digital temp readout.

this appliance is beautiful-the handles and lid knob are bamboo colored-gorgeous. it heats up FAST-wonderful appliance to use and controls go from high setting to low-cord is nice and long. all around great price for something nice. to add a note-i used it 3-4 times and it stopped working and smelled as though it was overheating-so just a note to beware

Fit for family of 4 bbq , hotpot’s on weekends inside even outside @ any weather , 👍❤️❤️

The hotspot is good and it is good for 2 or 3 persons to use. It is a bit of small for 4 to eat 🤣
