Puffed Corn Cereal, 6 oz

This stuff is remarkable! It is not a cereal, it is a life saver. It is like pop corn for sophisticated. You carry it with you and you stuff your happy self with it any time you are tempted to pack something but you really should not. It is amazingly satisfyingly with its fun texture and very neutral flavor. You can eat a tone of it and not even notice, but with such a forgiving calories content you as well might. The fun thing about it is that it makes you NOT HUNGRY while does not make you fat. Perfect meal to meal safety device. It is like a floatie that will keep you afloat without making you guilty.

Yummy and healthy

I really wish this cereal came in bigger packages - it is wonderful to eat on it's own, or, like I do, mix it with another cereal. It's crunchy, healthy and very good - and, best of all, low in calories. This one is a staple in my breakfast cabinet.

I’m trying to limit my added sugar, and sometimes I just want handfuls of a crunchy cereal-like snack. When i do, I reach for these, and they get me through the craving without ruining my nutrition goals. I would not call them sweet (maybe a 1 or 2 on a sweetness scale of 1 to 10), but they do not taste bad. They are basically very light in flavor, just like a corn puff that is not doused in sugar- which is exactly what these are.

Arrowhead Mills puffed kamut cereal is crunchy and healthy since it has no sugar or additives like most cereals on the market.

THERE'S NOT ALOT OF TASTE TO IT BUT YOU CAN AD IT TO YOUR FAVORITE ICECREAM AND ENJOY IT WITHOUT THE GUILT

9 dollars for a stale product. What a waste! Even mixed in to warm oatmeal they were stale and stuck to my teeth Update: some portions in the bag have been OK, still few stale ones here and there.

I absolutely love this cereal ,add a bit of fruit and makes a great breakfast or lil pick me up.
