Very good quality jalapenos to have available
What a handy & tasty item to have on hand! Adds a great punch of flavor & heat to so many things. Excellent quality & jalapeno flavor.! For us who enjoy jalapeno peppers, this is an indispensable ingredient. . Fresh ones are available at the market -- but the "crunch" of fresh is not always needed & is not always conveniently on hand on short notice. I used to could find these at the store I shopped, but finding them became hit or miss. I am so glad to find that I can get them from Amazon because these are the greatest jalapeno add-ins for the foods I fix. Just the right amount of heat and very tasty.

Best dried jalapenos
Would rate 5 starts, but the last time I ordered them (Jan 2024) I got 1 jar of jalapeno and 1 jar of basil for some reason. Thankfully this wasn't critical, but I had no need of the basil. First time this happened though. Will update if it happens again.

Great for out of season jalapenos in chili.
I bought this to put in crock-pot chili. Freeze dried means I can use it when I am out of jalapenos. It's heat level is comparable to the fresh pepper. The quality of the product has been consistent with the other spices I have bought from this brand.
