These jars are well sized and are sturdy. The lids are plastic, not metal as they appear in the photos, but that hasn’t been a problem; they seal well and look okay with hand washing.

This versatile Pandora glass candy jar is being used for my doggie snacks! Using the glass jar is so much faster than taking the snacks out of a bag!

The jars were exactly what I was looking for, and the jars themselves are great. Unfortunately, the lids are cheap thin plastic, and both cracked within a year under normal use. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this product unless they plan on buying lids from another vendor. And that's just what I did, and I love the result. Do a search on Amazon for "ZHIVEZEN replacement lids...Fits Jars with INNER OPENING 3.7"–3.9". I just bought them and they're a perfect fit for these jars. They look great and fit smugly, and it's $10 for both. I'm sure there are other that would work, but I can only vouch for these.

I was looking for the glass jar for put our cats/dogs treats on the countertop, I wanted to go with more easier open jar instead of it at the beginning but that was made in china and this product is made in Italy. So I wanted to try it for the quality and ordered it instead of other product. And I am very satisfied about it 100%. Perfect size to put on the countertop and easy to use. Just one thing I would like to mention about how to open the jar when you get the new product. At the beginning when I got this product, I was confused about how to open it even I look at the sticker on the jar. I wasn't sure how I can open it. (it sealed very tightly so can't open it) so I opened it by forced my hand at the first time and luckily its opened without any injure or broken product(I was stupid LOL) And I looked at the sticker more carefully and tried to put it in the hot water then another one is opened very easily. So I realized that sticker shows me that put it in the hot water then it can be opened the lids very easily. But there was no instruction paper, or anything but the sticker and sticker shows me not clear what it shows 100%. If it comes with instruction paper even it has the sticker on the jar, that would be nicer to understand it. So I would say, after you get this parcel, DO NOT OPEN IT BY FORCED AND PUT IT IN THE HOT WATER FIRST THEN LIDS CAN BE EASILY OPENED. Other then that, quality of glass jar and everything is very good, sturdy, easy to open lids and easy to clean. I 100% recommend it and you can use it as a candy jar, storage or pet treats storage like me.

Bought in 2022. Silver is rubbing off the lids, and showing white. Lids are hard to get on easily. After 18 months of trying to get lids on, I'm finally giving up and replacing with something else. Didn't keep biscuits fresh. Pity as I liked the look of them, and the fact that they were glass.

This is a beautiful pair of cookie jars. Each one holds one batch of cookies (2 dozen big homemade cookies). Sometimes the lid is a bit hard to screw on, but you just have to line up the threads properly. Not an issue. I really like that the glass is clear and sturdy and non-toxic, unlike ceramic cookie jars which may not be lead and cadmium free. I definitely recommend them, both for health and esthetic reasons.

As advertised but would have liked a steel lid. Lid provided is quality though.
