Iron quality, weight looks good, but unfortunately the seller sent me a used or demo model, which has lots of scratches and dust. It looks like a used model. But iron weight and height and quality looks rugged… must buy iron for Indian users. As steam kill most microorganism’s and can uncrease any kind of cloth materials…

The product arrived damaged and was not functioning. This reflects very unprofessional service, which I honestly did not expect from Amazon.

Worry free and quick ironing... before you would have to adjust the temperature to ensure you don’t burn your clothes, this iron takes care of it... you can iron synthetic thin material straight after ironing a jean without burning it... I absolutely recommend it to anyone especially if they rely on help or others with their valuable clothes for getting it ironed ... Worth every penny and more you spend on the iron ! Other than this one advantage you are not going to find the iron any better than an iron from the same brand or an other brand for around 50 percent of this ones list price...

This iron uses high volumes of steam to iron and as a result works at comparatively lower temperature, thereby protecting expensive garments from accidental damage. Makes ironing an easy task by eliminating the thermostat and need to adjust temperature depending on type of fabric. Well worth the premium for it’s technology !

It's almost like professional ironer. It's pressing all kinds of clothes in an easy way. Comfort is there in using this. Every household shall own such an instrument rather than depending on launderers all the time.

After almost 3months of testing I'm writing this review. in the hope of getting better iron box from a trusted company I feel cheated. here are some of my observations. its a crap piece marketed as a advanced innovative product. actually it doesn't serve the basic purpose of ironing itself 1. it takes a longer time to heat up 2. even in any temp setting water drips from the soleplate. 3. doesn't heat up to the desired level. 4. leaves the shiny lines on dark clothes 5. doesn't remove tough wrinkles 6. and most importantly it takes almost double time to iron the cloth than the cheaper models. hence we are paying a huge premium for the advertising of the product.

It looks good and it’s no temperature setting feature is convenient. It’s no-drip feature is not working perfectly. Instruction manual is very unsatisfactory. Instead of supplying a paper containing instructions in all languages, the Company may think of providing an instruction booklet for the appropriate language separately .
