Not like it use to be! EDIT UPDATE….It works!!!
6/1/24 - started using daily & I have a complete change of heart! It DOES WORK! I think I expected instant gratification but it took a couple of days & now it’s part of my daily routine! Sorry Konsyl the product is easy to drink & you only need 1tsp with 8oz of liquid and the main thing is it does what it’s supposed to do! 2023 - The product must have changed from back in the day. My MD told me to get this years ago which I did and it worked “literally”. My recent purchase did not work at all so to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Should have sent it back for a refund but I didn’t. #WasteOfMyMoney

Effective Results
I like the fact that since I’ve started using Konsyl Original formula I have regular bowel movements. I was having hard pebble like BMs, sometimes painful and at times I felt my BM wasn’t complete. I probably should be more concerned why I was struggling with constipation. I’m thinking it may be a side affect of a prescription I’m taking. I take a teaspoon with water in the morning and the same in the evening. I don’t mind the taste as I’m not taking for the perks of satisfying my tastebuds. I will continue to use this, but watch the price too. I’m hoping this product is the most natural way to treat hard poop issues. I have noticed a great deal reduction in my toilet paper usage too as an extra benefit.

Good product but incorrect marketing
This product is very good, but I ordered a plastic container and got a package of the product instead. This vendor needs to accurately post what they’re selling.

Good fiber product
I’ve been using this product for many years but it’s been really hard to find in stores the last several years. This is the old packaging. I would have liked the new packaging in a bag but it was out of stock. This product works very well. Wish I could get it cheaper but I was very happy that Amazon had it. Came promptly, in good shape, as described.

NOVEMBER 3, 2023 WICHITA FOOLS, TX I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL WELL KNOW FIBER POWDER BRANDS AND KONSY WORKS THE BEST. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN A STORE. THE SELLER: SELECT GOODNESS SENT IT TO ME QUICKLY. THE CONTAINER IS NOW A PLASTIC BAG. I PUT IT IN A QUART SIZE PLASTIC JAR FOR EASIER USE. ****USE HOT/WARM WATER WHEN MIXING THE POWDER TO PREVENT CLUMPING AND TO SWALLOW EASILY. USING COLD WATER DOES NOT GIVE GOOD RESULTS. KONSYL KEEP ME REGULAR ESPECIALLY WHEN EATING BEEF.

Misleading
This description states that it is in the canister but it is not - it is in a bag. This has happened on the last few deliveries now and I specifically wanted the canister

Best quality psyllium fiber
Konsyl Original Formula 100% Psyllium Fiber is the best quality psyllium fiber. It's a little more expensive than other brands but well worth it, especially if you're concerned about what goes in your gut.
